Vodnik (3-3) blew the save and took the loss in Saturday's 4-3 loss to Cincinnati. He allowed two runs (one earned) on two hits and one walk without recording an out.

The right-hander allowed a game-tying triple to Will Benson before a fielding error by Orlando Arcia on a Noelvi Marte groundball ended the game. It marked Vodnik's fourth blown save and third loss of the season. While he holds a 2.63 ERA over 27.1 innings in 2025, a 1.43 WHIP and 4.25 FIP point to underlying concerns.

Blalock did not factor into the decision Saturday, allowing one run on six hits and zero walks over 5.2 innings against the Reds. He struck out one.

The right-hander gave up a run in the first inning on an Austin Hays sacrifice fly but settled in from there in his first appearance since being called back up to the majors Monday. It marked Blalock's first MLB start since May 10, an appearance in which he surrendered 12 runs over 3.2 innings against the Padres. For the season, he holds a 9.97 ERA and 1.80 WHIP across 21.2 innings in six appearances (four starts) at the big-league level.

Hill went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run scored in Saturday's 6-0 victory over the Orioles.

Hill recorded his fourth multi-hit game of the season Saturday, helping the Marlins build a lead they wouldn't relinquish. The performance was well-timed, as the outfielder had gone 0-for-12 since returning from the injured list July 1. Through 30 games this season, he's slashing .213/.278/.326 with six extra-base hits, six stolen bases and seven RBI.

Edwards went 2-for-5 with a double, a home run, two RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's 6-0 win over the Orioles.

Edwards connected on his first home run of the 2025 season with a two-run blast off Scott Blewett in the ninth inning. The switch hitter tallied two extra-base hits Saturday -- just the third time he's done so all season -- lifting his season numbers to .289/.354/.346 with 15 extra-base hits, 16 stolen bases, 24 RBI and a clean .700 OPS across 78 games.

Junk (4-1) earned the win Saturday, allowing five hits and no walks over seven scoreless innings in a 6-0 victory over the Orioles. He struck out two.

Junk wasn't dominant against the Orioles, tallying just two strikeouts, but he effectively managed contact to deliver seven scoreless innings and earn his fourth win of the season. The right-hander now owns a 2.68 ERA and 0.99 WHIP across 50.1 innings in 10 appearances (five starts). While his limited track record at the major-league level warrants some caution, Junk appears to be finding his stride in MLB at age 29.

Acuna went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, an additional run scored and a walk in Saturday's 7-6 victory over St. Louis.

Acuna gave Atlanta an early lead with a 379-foot solo shot in the first inning. The All-Star outfielder missed nearly two months to begin the campaign while rehabbing from ACL surgery, but he's shown no signs of rust, posting a 1.056 OPS with 12 homers, 22 RBI and 39 runs over 44 contests. Perhaps the only lingering effect of the surgery is Acuna's less-aggressive approach on the basepaths -- he has just four thefts after swiping 73 bases during his historic 2023 season.

Pozo went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, an additional run scored and a double in a loss to Atlanta on Saturday.

Pozo accounted for two of St. Louis' three extra-base hits, hitting a double in the second inning and a solo homer in the sixth. He logged his first multi-hit effort since May 18, though that's largely because most of his opportunities since then have come as a pinch hitter or defensive replacement. Pozo has made the most of his opportunities throughout the campaign, slashing .312/.330/.605 with four home runs, 14 RBI and 11 runs scored over 97 plate appearances.

Fernandez went 3-for-4 with a double, an RBI and a run scored Saturday against the Reds.

Fernandez's key hit was an RBI double in the seventh inning, his second extra-base hit across 24 plate appearances since he was promoted to the majors July 1. Overall, he's started seven of Colorado's last 10 games while going 8-for-24 and hasn't looked overmatched with only five strikeouts.

Ozuna went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in a 7-6 victory versus the Cardinals on Saturday.

Ozuna belted a 422-foot shot to left-center field in the second inning to give Atlanta a 2-0 lead. The veteran slugger may be working his way out of a prolonged power slump -- he's gone deep twice in his past three contests following a 21-game stretch with no home runs. Ozuna has had a pretty down year by his recent standards, posting a .761 OPS through 89 contests after registering an OPS above .900 in each of the previous two campaigns.

Murphy went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run Saturday in a 7-6 win against St. Louis.

Murphy clubbed a huge homer in the eighth inning, driving in three runs on a shot to left field to give Atlanta a one-run lead. It was the third long ball in the past two days for the veteran catcher and his seventh home run across his past 11 contests. The power surge has pushed Murphy to 16 homers and 38 RBI on the campaign, numbers more than good enough to nail down a spot atop the catching depth chart on most teams. However, talented rookie Drake Baldwin has 11 homers and 32 RBI along with an .840 OPS (slightly better than Murphy's .837 mark), so it will be interesting to see how the team divvies up playing time between the two moving forward. Murphy has started five of Atlanta's past six contests, though one of those starts came at DH, and Baldwin also logged one start at DH during that span.
