Kyle Tucker RF | LAD
Cubs' Kyle Tucker: Finger still not 100 percent
Cubs manager Craig Counsell acknowledged Sunday that Tucker's sprained right ring finger still isn't 100 percent, Patrick Mooney of The Athletic reports.
Counsell noted that Tucker's finger injury is "not bad," but between rest Sunday and a team off day Monday, the skipper saw an opportunity to give Tucker "two days without swinging a bat." Tucker suffered the finger sprain back on June 1, and he's slashing a good-not-great .244/.380/.415 with only one home run in 13 games so far this month. The 28-year-old will be back in the lineup Tuesday as the Cubs host the Brewers.

Yilber Diaz RP | DET
Diamondbacks' Yilber Diaz: Working in relief at Reno
Diaz allowed two earned runs on five walks over one inning of relief Sunday in his appearance for Triple-A Reno.
Diaz made his second appearance for Reno since rejoining the squad following a stay at the Diamondbacks' facility in Arizona to work on command issues. Judging by Sunday's effort, the right-hander's wayward command was not solved. The 24-year-old had previously started in each of his first eight appearances of the season with Reno, but both of his last two outings have come out of the bullpen. Arizona might not have completely closed the door on developing Diaz as a starter, but he looks like he'll first need to find some success in a relief role before he's considered for a spot in the Reno rotation.

Anthony DeSclafani RP | ARI
Diamondbacks' Anthony DeSclafani: Put to work in relief Sunday
DeSclafani allowed two earned runs on three hits and struck out two over 2.1 innings out of the bullpen in Sunday's 8-2 loss to San Diego.
DeSclafani was put to work immediately after signing a one-year contract with the Diamondbacks on Sunday. Although he worked as a starter in the Yankees organization before being granted his release last week, DeSclafani is expected to work in long relief for Arizona for the time being. He could be the next man up to join the rotation, however, if the Diamondbacks lose one of their five starters to an injury at any point.

Tommy Henry SP | ARI
Diamondbacks' Tommy Henry: Lands on MiLB injured list
Triple-A Reno placed Henry on its 7-day injured list Thursday due to left elbow discomfort, Steve Gilbert of MLB.com reports.
Henry's injury will further test Arizona's organizational starting pitching depth, as Jordan Montgomery (elbow) and Corbin Burnes (elbow) have been shut down for the season, while Christina Mena (shoulder) is likely to remain out until early August. Before being demoted to Reno earlier this month, Henry made two extended relief appearances for Arizona, allowing three earned runs while striking out eight over 6.2 innings.

Ryan Ritter 2B | COL
Rockies' Ryan Ritter: Scores three runs
Ritter went 1-for-3 with a walk and three runs scored Sunday against Atlanta.
Ritter singled in the seventh inning, giving him one hit in seven of his eight starts since his promotion June 6. This marked the first multi-run game of his career, and he's also chipped in four RBI. While Ritter is getting decent results in the short term, he's also striking out at a 40.3 percent clip across 32 plate appearances.

Thairo Estrada 2B | BAL
Rockies' Thairo Estrada: Piling up multi-hit performances
Estrada went 2-for-5 with a run scored Sunday against Atlanta.
Estrada singled in his final two plate appearances of the game, giving him his third multi-hit effort in his last four starts. His Rockies debut was delayed until May 30 due to a wrist injury, but he's hit primarily second and cleanup across his 14 starts since. Estrada is hitting a solid .267 in 62 plate appearances, also tallying seven RBI and five runs scored.

Ryan McMahon 3B | NYY
Rockies' Ryan McMahon: Hot stretch continues
McMahon went 1-for-5 with a solo home run Sunday against Atlanta.
McMahon popped his 10th home run of the season in the seventh inning. Four of those long balls have come across his last seven starts and eight appearances, and he's also chipped in six RBI and six runs scored in that span. After a slow start to the campaign, McMahon suddenly has a .733 OPS and .179 ISO across 282 plate appearances.

Braxton Fulford C | COL
Rockies' Braxton Fulford: Knocks in five
Fulford went 2-for-2 with a walk, a triple, five RBI and a run scored in Sunday's 10-1 win over Atlanta.
Fulford has served as the Rockies' backup catcher since June 6, when he was promoted from Triple-A Albuquerque following the release of Jacob Stallings was released. The rookie has started only three of nine games since his promotion, but he made a strong case for earning more work after his big performance Sunday. Even so, Hunter Goodman is still likely to dominant the playing time behind the dish moving forward.

Bryce Harper 1B | PHI
Phillies' Bryce Harper: Fielding, but not yet hitting
Harper (wrist) fielded ground balls at first base Friday, but the Phillies aren't certain when he'll be ready to swing a bat or resume throwing, MLB.com reports.
Harper is set to accompany the Phillies on their four-game set in Miami to begin the week, but he doesn't appear on track to be activated at any point during the series. The 32-year-old won't be cleared for throwing or swinging until his right wrist is completely pain-free, though the Phillies relayed Sunday that the range of motion in his wrist is "almost" back to normal. Otto Kemp will continue to serve as the Phillies' primary first baseman for the duration of Harper's absence.
