Harris went 2-for-6 with two doubles and three RBI during Friday's 15-1 win over Texas.

This marks the second time this season that Harris has hit two doubles in a game. His second two-bagger Friday cleared the bases in the seventh inning to extend Atlanta's lead to 11-0. The 25-year-old outfielder continues to enjoy a productive season, slashing .297/.329/.491 with 16 home runs, 56 RBI and six steals across 359 plate appearances.

King allowed one run on four hits and two walks while striking out four over five innings in a no-decision Friday against the Royals.

King pitched five efficient innings, allowing just one mistake which resulted in a solo home run off the bat of Lane Thomas in the bottom of the second. The 31-year-old King exited the game with his team leading 2-1 before Xander Bogaerts committed a throwing error to allow the game-tying run to cross the plate in the bottom of the sixth, giving King a no-decision. On the season, King now has a 3.34 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 96:45 K:BB in 113.1 innings.

Riley went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in Friday's 15-1 win over the Rangers.

Riley added to Atlanta's blowout victory with a solo homer in the eighth, his 10th long ball of the season. He's sitting at a .629 OPS over 390 plate appearances this season and has struck out 113 times, which is fifth-most in the National League. Perhaps Friday's performance is a sign of things to come for Riley for the second half of the regular season.

Olson went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, two walks and an additional run scored during Atlanta's 15-1 win over Texas on Friday.

Olson extended Atlanta's lead to 6-0 after smacking a solo homer off Cal Quantrill in the fourth inning. Olson is up to 26 home runs on the season, ranking seventh in the majors and fourth in the National League. He has an .887 OPS with two steals and 59 RBI across 421 plate appearances in 2026.

Baldwin went 3-for-5 with a home run, five RBI and an additional run scored during Atlanta's 15-1 win over Texas on Friday.

Baldwin smacked RBI singles in the second and fifth innings but made his biggest impact of the game in the fourth, when he belted a three-run homer off Cal Quantrill. It was the 16th home run of the season for Baldwin, though he's homered only twice since June 17. The 25-year-old catcher has an .804 OPS with 51 RBI and one steal across 324 plate appearances this season.

Sale (10-6) earned the win against the Rangers on Friday, allowing two hits while striking out six across seven scoreless innings. He did not issue a walk.

The veteran southpaw was sharp in Atlanta's first game since the All-Star break. He limited the Rangers to just two hits and retired 13 straight batters from the third to seventh frames, ending his night with 16 whiffs on just 89 total pitches. It was the 11th quality start of the season for Sale, whose 2.06 ERA (across 105 innings) is third best among qualified starters in the majors behind Jacob Misiorowski (1.62) and Cam Schlittler (2.05). Sale is lined up to face the Padres at home next week.

Chapman (abdomen) was cleared to begin a swinging progression Friday, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Chapman has been sidelined by an abdominal strain since the beginning of July. It's a good sign that he's begun taking swings, though the Giants have already ruled him out for the duration of their current road trip. The door remains open for him to return to the starting nine next Friday when the team returns home to face the Angels.

Frelick was removed from Friday's game against the Marlins due to right shoulder soreness, Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Frelick went 0-for-1 at the plate before his shoulder forced him out of the game in the fifth inning. The severity of his injury is still unknown, but the Brewers could issue another update on his status in the near future. If his absence extends into Saturday, Luis Lara would be the next man up to start in right field for Milwaukee.

Manager Craig Counsell said Friday that Palencia (elbow) is hopeful to return to the Cubs' bullpen in mid-August, Jesse Rogers of ESPN.com reports.

Counsell noted that Palencia has been slow to progress through his rehab program, as he's had to repeat a few steps along the way, so his absence could potentially extend into late August or September if he continues to show minimal progress. In the meantime, Jacob Webb and Trent Thornton will be in the mix for saves in Chicago.

Manager Craig Counsell said Friday that the Cubs expect Cabrera (hamstring) to return from the injured list in the second week of August, Jesse Rogers of ESPN.com reports.

A left hamstring strain sent Cabrera to the IL on June 24, and he was cleared to start up a throwing program about a week before the All-Star break. He still has several hurdles to clear, but barring any setbacks, he should return to Chicago's rotation in time to contribute toward the team's postseason push.
