Tolbert went 5-for-6 with a home run, two RBI, four runs scored and a stolen base in Tuesday's 16-12 win over the Mets.

Tolbert got the Royals' offense rolling by taking Kodai Senga deep in his first plate appearance of the night. He added his third stolen base of the month in the fifth inning. Entering Tuesday on a 7-for-7 streak, Tolbert capped off a remarkable stretch with an infield single in the seventh, tying the major-league record with hits in 12 consecutive plate appearances. Typically known more for his defense and speed, Tolbert has caught fire at the plate over the last few days and is now slashing .396/.434/.542 across 54 plate appearances this season.

Monasterio went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a walk and a stolen base in Tuesday's 8-1 win over the White Sox.

Monasterio opened the scoring in the second inning by taking Noah Schultz deep for his fourth home run of the season. Following a single in the sixth, he swiped his second stolen base of the year. After a 1-for-15 slump to end June, the infielder has collected a hit in each of his four July games. Across 54 games this season, Monasterio is batting .228 with a .659 OPS.

McCarthy went 0-for-2 with two RBI on Tuesday against the Dodgers.

McCarthy was productive despite going hitless, driving in a run on a groundout and a sacrifice fly. While he had a five-game hitting streak snapped, McCarthy now has 14 RBI across his first seven games in July. This stretch continued a breakout season, as he's tallied 51 RBI, 37 runs scored and 14 stolen bases across 78 games.

Antonacci went 3-for-4 with a stolen base Tuesday against the Red Sox.

Antonacci continues to hit well overall, but he entered Tuesday's game hitless in his last three games and 12 at-bats. He snapped that very brief slump with a three-single performance, and he also tallied his 12th stolen base of the season and first since June 22. Antonacci has had a very impressive rookie season, maintaining a 130 wRC+ across his first 287 plate appearances while racking up 46 runs scored in 71 contests.

Rafaela went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 8-1 win over the White Sox.

Rafaela gave Boston an early cushion by taking Noah Schultz deep for a two-run homer in the second inning. It was his first long ball in 20 games. The center fielder has now recorded a hit in each of his last five games, including three multi-hit performances. On the year, Rafaela is slashing .284/.332/.441 with eight home runs, 20 doubles, three triples, 38 RBI, 39 runs scored and 12 stolen bases across 85 games.

Edman went 1-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Rockies.

Seeing Edman swipe a bag is a positive sign after he sat out two games due to issues with his right foot/ankle, the same one that was surgically repaired in the offseason. He played the full game in left field to give Teoscar Hernandez a day off. Edman is batting .340 with a .917 OPS, one home run, two steals, nine RBI, seven runs scored, three doubles and a triple over 18 contests this season. He'll get a decent share of the time at second base, but Edman's versatility and the Dodgers' trust in Alex Freeland means the former is often functionally more of super-utility player.

Cronenworth went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run Tuesday in a 4-1 victory versus Arizona.

It was an eventful day for Cronenworth, beginning with a batting-practice mishap during which he was struck in the face by a groundball, per AJ Cassavell of MLB.com. The utility man was able to remain in the lineup, but he committed an error in the top of the first inning that led to an Arizona run. All was well that ended well for Cronenworth, however, as he clubbed a three-run blast in the bottom of the frame that ultimately provided the winning margin for San Diego. The long ball was just the third in what has been a rough campaign for Cronenworth, as he's slashing a poor .183/.285/.270 through 41 contests. However, he's begun to turn things around this month, batting .360 (9-for-25) with two homers and six RBI through seven July games.

Schultz (2-6) took the loss Tuesday against the Red Sox, allowing four runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out three over five innings

After escaping a 33-pitch first inning by stranding the bases loaded, Schultz ran into trouble in the second, allowing homers against Andruw Monasterio and Ceddanne Rafaela to open the scoring. He later surrendered another run in the fourth. Control has remained an issue for the young left-hander, who has issued at least three walks in seven of his 10 starts this season. Schultz has allowed seven runs over 9.1 innings with a 10:7 K:BB since returning from the injured list. He is scheduled to make one more start before the All-Star break at home Sunday against the Athletics.

Freeland went 3-for-4 with one RBI, one stolen base and one run scored in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Rockies.

Freeland has started at second base in five of the Dodgers' seven games in July, including three times against right-handers. There was room for both Freeland and Tommy Edman in the lineup Tuesday since Teoscar Hernandez got a day off, but the two are largely expected to share duties at the keystone. Edman's versatility likely means Freeland won't get completely shut out of the lineup, but it remains to be seen how the work gets divvied up. Freeland is batting .237 with a .637 OPS, three home runs, two steals, 19 RBI, 24 runs scored and seven doubles over 218 plate appearances.

Ohtani went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a walk in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Rockies.

Ohtani's solo shot led off the bottom of the first inning. He has homered in consecutive contests and now has 20 long balls on the year. The superstar is batting .294 with a .950 OPS, 56 RBI, 62 runs scored, six stolen bases, 15 doubles and two triples over 88 contests. Ohtani has hit at least 34 homers in five straight seasons, but his power pace this year means he's facing an uphill climb if he's to get back to the 50-homer power he displayed in his first two years as a Dodger.
