The right-hander's only run allowed came in the third inning on a sacrifice bunt following back-to-back hits. However, Milwaukee's offense managed just one run of support, forcing Sproat to settle for a no-decision despite the strong outing. His season numbers remain rough, as he still holds a 6.88 ERA, 1.71 WHIP and a 16:11 K:BB across 17 innings. The 25-year-old will look to replicate Thursday's success in his next outing, scheduled against Detroit.

Cruz went 2-for-5 with an RBI, a double, a run scored and two stolen bases Thursday against the Nationals.

Cruz started his fifth straight game with a lefty starter on the mound, and he's only been benched once against southpaws this season. He continued his hot start to the campaign, doubling in a run in the fifth inning. Cruz also swiped two bases, giving him nine across 19 games while being caught just once.

Teel (hamstring) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Charlotte on Monday, MLB.com reports.

It was previously reported that Teel was nearing a rehab assignment, but there is now a clearer timeline. He's expected to return in early May, suggesting he'll appear in several minor-league games before being activated. The last remaining part of Teel's recovery program is running at full speed.

Pasquantino went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Thursday's 10-9 loss against the Tigers.

Pasquantino was held hitless through his first four at-bats before breaking through in the ninth inning with a 412-foot solo shot off Connor Seabold to extend the lead. The homer was Pasquantino's first of the season and provided a small bright spot amid a difficult start to the year. The 28-year-old is now slashing .155/.244/.239 with nine RBI and five runs scored across 82 plate appearances.

Pereira went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk Thursday against the Rays.

Pereira started in right field for the second time in three games since returning from the injured list. He managed his second home run in that span with a solo shot in the eighth inning, his third of the campaign. Pereira has performed well in a small sample to begin the 2026 season, though he's struck out at a 36 percent clip across 25 plate appearances.

Vargas went 1-for-5 with a solo home run Thursday against the Rays.

After a strong start to the season, Vargas entered Thursday's game having collected only two hits across his last 33 at-bats. However, he showed some signs of turning things around with a solo blast in the third inning, his second of the season and first since March 30. Though Vargas is hitting only .159 across 76 plate appearances to begn the campaign, he's striking out at only an 18.4 percent clip while suffering from a BABIP of .167.

Perez went 2-for-4 with a home run and four RBI in Thursday's 10-9 loss to the Tigers.

The veteran catcher delivered in a big way, blasting a three-run homer in the seventh inning off Tyler Holton to extend Kansas City's lead. The blast was Perez's third of the season and ended up being a much-needed offensive breakout. Entering Thursday, Perez was slashing .149/.208/.269 with two homers, two rbi and 4:13 BB:K across 72 plate appearances, making this performance an encouraging sign for the 35-year-old.

Montero did not factor into the decision Thursday against the Royals, allowing four runs on seven hits while striking out five over six innings.

Montero looked solid early, building off his previous start in which he tossed six scoreless innings with seven strikeouts, but he ran into trouble late Thursday. Despite Thursday's line, Montero's underlying metrics remain excellent, as he ranks near the top of the league in xERA (1.20) and xwOBA (.173). He's slated to face Milwaukee in his next start Tuesday.

Bubic allowed five runs on six hits and three walks while striking out three over 4.2 innings Thursday against the Tigers. He did not factor into the decision.

Bubic ran into trouble due to his own command issues, as he issued three walks and tossed two wild pitches that directly led to runs in the second and fourth innings. Aside from those mistakes, the left-hander showed effectiveness with his changeup, generating 10 swings and six whiffs, but he couldn't limit the damage in key moments and was forced out before completing five innings for the first time this season. Bubic now owns a 3.97 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 26:10 K:BB across 22.2 innings and will look to bounce back in his next start, slated to come against Baltimore on Tuesday

Adell went 2-for-4 with a grand slam, a walk and three runs scored in Thursday's 11-4 win against the Yankees.

Adell delivered the knockout blow Thursday, crushing a grand slam off Ryan Yarbrough to put the game out of reach in the eighth inning. The long ball was his third of the season and second in his last three games, showing a glimpse of the power he flashed in 2025 with 37 homers. Adell has been one of the hottest hitters in baseball during April, batting 19-for-58 (.328) with 11 RBI.
