  • C.J. Abrams SS | WAS

Nationals' CJ Abrams: Remains red hot with two homers

Abrams went 2-for-3 with two home runs, a walk and four total RBI in a loss to the Rockies on Tuesday.

Abrams slugged a two-run shot to center field in the first inning and added another two-run blast in the third. The All-Star shortstop has homered in three straight games, producing four long balls and eight RBI over that stretch. The power surge has lifted Abrams to 24 home runs on the campaign, tied for ninth in the majors with fellow shortstop Colson Montgomery. Abrams is also tied for the league lead with 76 RBI and ranks 12th with an .892 OPS.

  • Cole Carrigg CF | COL

Rockies' Cole Carrigg: Swipes third bag

Carrigg went 3-for-5 with an RBI and a stolen base Tuesdsay against the Nationals.

Carrigg has taken advantage of the Rockies' current homestand, as Tuesday marked his fourth straight game with at least one hit. He also stole his third base of the season after driving in a run in the second inning. Carrigg has notably moved up the Rockies' order of late, hitting third in six of his last seven starts.

  • Josh Naylor 1B | SEA

Mariners' Josh Naylor: Reaches 20-steal mark

Naylor went 3-for-4 with a stolen base in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to the Reds.

Naylor has five steals over his last 10 games and has gone 12-for-36 (.333) at the plate in that span. The first baseman continues to provide unexpected contributions in steals -- he's up to 20 this season after swiping 30 bags between Seattle and Arizona in the 2025 regular season. Naylor is batting .258 with a .676 OPS, eight home runs, 37 RBI, 37 runs scored and 12 doubles over 95 contests this year.

  • Weston Wilson 3B | SEA

Mariners' Weston Wilson: Homers in loss

Wilson went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to the Reds.

Wilson has hit safely and driven in a run in each of his last four games. He is still filling a utility role and will likely be at risk of losing his roster spot once Brendan Donovan (groin) is ready to return. Between Seattle and Baltimore this season, Wilson is batting .231 with a .706 OPS, three homers, nine RBI, 10 runs scored, two doubles and four stolen bases over 72 plate appearances.

  • Rockies' Hunter Goodman: Launches game-winning homer

Goodman went 2-for-5 with a solo home run, an additional run scored and a double Tuesday in an 8-7 victory versus Washington.

Goodman snapped a 7-7 tie with a solo blast in the eighth inning, producing what ended up being the winning run. The All-Star catcher has five hits in 16 at-bats since the midseason break, with all five knocks (four homers and a double) going for extra bases. Goodman's homer Tuesday was his 31st of the season in his 94th game, tying the career-high mark he established over 144 contests last year.

  • Brandon Sproat SP | MIL

Brewers' Brandon Sproat: Falls despite limiting damage

Sproat (3-5) took the loss Tuesday against the Mets, allowing two runs on four hits and four walks while striking out four over 4.2 innings.

Sproat surrendered a solo homer to Jared Young in the third inning to open the scoring. He struggled to settle in, failing to record any 1-2-3 innings and allowing a runner to reach scoring position in every frame. He exited in the fifth after being dinged only by the early homer, but Chad Patrick allowed an inherited runner to score. The right-handed Sproat has now gone five straight starts without allowing more than two earned runs, though he has completed at least five innings in only two of those outings. He'll carry a 5.09 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 91:43 K:BB into his next scheduled start on the road against San Francisco.

  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Homers off bench Tuesday

Rodriguez (leg) went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to the Reds.

Rodriguez entered the game as a pinch hitter in the sixth inning and remained in the contest in center field for the final three frames. He delivered a solo shot to pull the Mariners within a run in the eighth. The outfielder appears to be no worse than day-to-day at this time and could be back in the lineup as soon as Wednesday. He is hitting .258 with a .747 OPS, 15 homers, 12 stolen bases, 43 RBI, 48 runs scored and 15 doubles over 91 contests this season.

  • Luis Castillo SP | CHW

Mariners' Luis Castillo: Works seven innings in loss

Castillo (3-9) allowed three runs on four hits and two walks while striking out three over seven innings to take the loss Tuesday versus the Reds.

Two of the four hits Castillo allowed were solo home runs, though it was Sal Stewart's sacrifice fly in the fifth inning that ultimately sealed the loss for Seattle. This was a third straight defeat for Castillo, who has allowed nine runs over 18 innings with an 11:4 K:BB in that span. For the season, he has a 4.85 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 84:30 K:BB through 94.2 innings across 19 appearances (16 starts). Castillo is tentatively lined up for a tough road start versus the Dodgers next week, though he is a candidate to be traded if the Mariners want to clear their logjam of starters.

  • Nate Lowe 1B | CLE

Reds' Nathaniel Lowe: Pops homer in win

Lowe went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Mariners.

Lowe homered for the third time over his last four games. He's added six RBI in that span. The first baseman could get a boost in playing time as long as Spencer Steer (ribs) is out of the lineup. Lowe is batting .249 with an .815 OPS, 12 homers, 31 RBI, 23 runs scored and 13 doubles over 235 plate appearances this season.

  • Eugenio Suarez DH | CIN

Reds' Eugenio Suarez: Pops homer in win over M's

Suarez went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Mariners.

Suarez went yard off Luis Castillo in the fourth inning to put the Reds up 2-0. This was Suarez's fifth homer in his last 11 games, though he's gone a modest 9-for-41 (.220) with a 3:21 BB:K in that span. The veteran slugger is hitting .208 with a .682 OPS, 13 homers, 37 RBI, 26 runs scored, 11 doubles and no stolen bases over 72 contests in the first year of his second stint with Cincinnati.
