  • Brooks racked up 24 points (10-23 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 0-1 FT), seven rebounds, two assists and one steal over 33 minutes during Thursday's 99-98 victory over Golden State. Brooks was hot to start Thursday's game, as he dropped in 13 points on seven shots in his first six minutes of play, and he finished as Phoenix's second-leading scorer in the narrow win. As good as he was, Brooks nearly cost Phoenix the game by picking up a silly technical foul late that put Golden State in the position to tie it up, but ultimately, the Suns were able to eke out a win and hit the brakes on a two-game skid.

  • Brooks was ejected during the final seconds of Sunday's 115-114 loss to the Lakers. He finished with 18 points (6-9 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound and one steal in 25 minutes. Brooks knocked down a go-ahead three-pointer during the closing seconds, only to get in LeBron James' face after the fact, which earned him his second technical of the night. Brooks played through a questionable tag Sunday and made a massive impact on the game, and he'll likely be upset with himself for losing his composure late.

  • Brooks (Achilles) is available for Sunday's game against the Lakers, Shane Young of Forbes.com reports. Brooks popped up on Saturday's injury report due to left Achilles soreness, but he has been cleared to play Sunday. In his 16 outings since returning from a six-game absence due to a groin injury, Brooks has averaged 22.2 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 2.1 threes and 1.2 steals over 31.3 minutes per game.

  • Brooks (Achilles) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Lakers. Brooks is dealing with left Achilles soreness and could miss his first game since Nov. 6. If the veteran forward is ruled out, Ryan Dunn, Jordan Goodwin and Nigel Hayes-Davis are candidates to see increased playing time.

  • Suns' Dillon Brooks: Drops 16 in loss
    By RotoWire

Brooks notched 16 points (4-16 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 6-7 FT), two rebounds and one assist across 26 minutes during Wednesday's 138-89 loss to Oklahoma City. Brooks led the team in scoring with 16 points, but it took him 16 shots and seven free-throw attempts to do so. Despite seeing more usage with Devin Booker (groin) sidelined, Brooks has not been shooting the ball well at all, averaging 19.0 points on just 35.0 percent from the field and 23.5 percent from three in the last three contests without Booker. While Brooks is the clear No. 1 offensive option with Booker and Jalen Green (hamstring) sidelined, he has to shoot the ball better if the team wants to win games.
