Wade will move into the starting lineup for Wednesday's Game 5 in Boston, Serena Winters of Bally Sports Cleveland reports. Wade should get all the run he can handle with the Cavaliers' backcourt depleted, and he'll be joined in the first unit by Darius Garland, Isaac Okoro, Max Strus and Evan Mobley. Sam Merrill should also see an uptick in minutes due to Caris LeVert (knee) joining Donovan Mitchell (calf) and Jarrett Allen (ribs) on the sidelines for Game 5.

Wade (knee) finished Saturday's 106-93 loss to Boston in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference semifinal round with five points (2-6 FG, 1-4 3Pt), three rebounds, three assists and one block in 17 minutes. Suiting up for the first time since March 8 after needing two months to heal up from a sprained knee, Wade captured a rotation spot and helped provide the Cavaliers with some much-needed depth in the frontcourt. Though he acquitted himself well during his time on the court, Wade is unlikely to see his role grow substantially as the series rolls along, especially once center Jarrett Allen (ribs) is back in action.

Wade (knee) is available for Saturday's Game 3 against Boston, Evan Dammarell of FearTheSword.com reports. Wade has been sidelined since March 8, but he made it through warmups without any setbacks and is officially good to go. Jarrett Allen (ribs) remains out, however. It will be interesting to see what type of role Wade plays after being sidelined so long.

Wade (knee) is listed as questionable for Saturday's Game 3 against the Celtics. Wade hasn't played since March 8 due to a right knee sprain. If Wade is upgraded to available, it remains to be seen how he will be featured in Cleveland's playoff rotation.

Wade (knee) won't suit up for Thursday's Game 2 matchup with Boston. Wade has been out of commission for two months now, and with no positive updates to speak of, it's safe to assume he's still not close.
