  Mitchell ended with 12 points (3-10 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 6-6 FT), four rebounds, five assists, one block and three steals across 35 minutes during Monday's 116-95 loss to the Knicks. Mitchell's production has been pretty volatile with Miami, but he took advantage of some extra minutes and usage due to Andrew Wiggins (leg) and Alec Burks (back) being sidelined. Fantasy managers will likely need to tread carefully here, as Mitchell has been well outside the top 200 in nine-category formats over his last five games with 8.0 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.2 three-pointers on 40.6 percent shooting.

  Mitchell finished Friday's 103-91 loss to Boston with 12 points (4-8 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 1-3 FT), nine rebounds, four assists and one steal across 35 minutes. Mitchell came off the bench Friday but certainly made his presence felt, finishing just one rebound away from a double-double and posting his best scoring output since Feb. 26. This was the first time Mitchell came off the bench for the Heat since debuting with the team on Feb. 10, and it wouldn't be surprising if he's back in the starting lineup for the second leg of a back-to-back set against the Grizzlies on Saturday.

  Mitchell isn't in the starting five for Friday's game versus the Celtics. Mitchell will be replaced by Duncan Robinson in the starting five Friday. It will be the first time Mitchell will come off the bench since he was traded to Miami in early February. Tyler Herro should operate as the team's lead ballhandler in the starting unit.

  Mitchell is in the Heat's starting lineup against the Cavaliers on Wednesday. Mitchell was unable to play in Monday's win against the Wizards due to a left quadriceps contusion, but the injury is not severe enough for him to be sidelined for a second straight game. Since being traded by the Raptors to the Heat in early February, Mitchell has averaged 10.1 points, 4.2 assists, 2.0 rebounds and 1.2 steals over 33.1 minutes per game.

  Mitchell (quadriceps) said he will play Wednesday against the Cavaliers, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. Mitchell will be returning from a one-game absence, and that's a relief for Miami -- Tyler Herro (illness) is questionable, while Andrew Wiggins (ankle) and Jaime Jaquez (ankle) have both been ruled out. If he's feeling up to it, Mitchell could see increased usage on offense Wednesday night.
