Bryant (rest) won't play in Sunday's Summer League game against the Bucks, Tom Orsborn of the San Antonio Express-News reports. Bryant will sit out the second leg of this back-to-back set, and it's possible the Spurs have seen enough from him this summer after he appeared in the team's first two Las Vegas Summer League games. His next opportunity to play will come Wednesday against the Jazz.

Bryant tallied 19 points (7-10 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, two blocks and one steal in 23 minutes during Saturday's 70-49 Summer League win over the Knicks. After scoring 12 points on 4-of-13 shooting from the field in Thursday's loss to the Hawks, Bryant bounced back with an extremely efficient performance Saturday. The 20-year-old forward posted a game-high 19 points in this low-scoring affair. He also led the Spurs in blocks, matching the game-high mark.

The 2025 lottery pick shook off a scoreless first half to reach double figures, though he'll look to improve his efficiency after committing four turnovers. The Spurs used him at shooting guard Thursday, which put him out of his comfort zone, so that's something to watch going forward.

The Spurs will play a few games at the California Classic prior to their Vegas trip, and Bryant will be held out of those games. Bryant, who is entering his second campaign, averaged 4.2 points and 2.5 rebounds across 71 regular-season games as a rookie.
