Bamba (knee) has been ruled out of Wednesday's regular-season opener against the Suns, Joey Linn of SI.com reports.

The 26-year-old is dealing with knee soreness, and his timetable for a return is unknown. The 26-year-old is expected to back up Ivica Zubac, and if Bamba misses additional time, Kai Jones could see extra minutes. Bamba's next chance to suit up will come Saturday against the Nuggets.

Adams is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game versus the Hornets due to right knee injury recovery and a left calf strain.

Adams is dealing with multiple injuries that could keep him out for Houston's regular-season opener. If he is ruled out against Charlotte, Jock Landale should function as the team's backup center behind Alperen Sengun.

The 27-year-old big man has shown an improved outside shot during the preseason and will likely look to increase his average of 0.6 three-point attempts per contest from last season.

Capela (ankle) isn't on the injury report for Wednesday's game versus the Nets, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.

Capela sat out Atlanta's preseason finale due to ankle soreness but is available for the team's regular-season opener Wednesday. The 30-year-old center averaged 11.5 points, 10.6 rebounds, 1.5 blocks and 1.2 assists in 25.8 minutes across 73 regular-season appearances last season.

Zeller is away from the team and won't be available for Wednesday's game versus the Nets, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.

It's unclear when Zeller plans to rejoin the team, but he's unlikely to be featured in head coach Quin Snyder's rotation while fellow centers Onyeka Okongwu and Clint Capela are both available.

Ayton (rest) will play in Wednesday's regular-season opener against the Warriors, Sean Highkin of RoseGardenReport.com reports.

As expected, Ayton will play in the regular-season opener after resting during the preseason finale. He made 55 regular-season appearances during his first season in Portland last year, averaging 16.7 points and 11.1 rebounds in 32.4 minutes per game.

Jackson missed Thursday's preseason game versus the Hornets due to a groin issue and isn't quite past the injury yet. Based on his day-to-day label from coach Rick Carlisle, it's likely that Jackson will be back in action soon, even if he's sidelined for the regular-season opener.
