  • Lakers' Anthony Davis: Probable for Wednesday

Davis (Achilles) is probable for Wednesday's game against the Kings.

This is the usual probable tag that Davis carries, as he continues to battle soreness in both of his heels. Notably, the Lakers didn't mention his shoulder issue, so that issue may be behind him. Either way, the lingering injuries haven't impacted Davis, who has made 16 straight appearances and is averaging 24.3 points, 13.6 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 2.8 blocks and 1.3 steals in 35.6 minutes per game over that stretch.

  • Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Not on minutes restriction

Wembanyama won't be on any restrictions during Tuesday's game versus the Rockets, Andrew Lopez of ESPN.com reports.

Despite sitting out one leg of San Antonio's back-to-backs earlier in the season, Wembanyama will receive a full workload Tuesday. The rookie phenom has averaged 31.6 minutes per contest across his last five appearances.

  • Rockets' Alperen Sengun: Likely out for regular season

Shams Charania of The Athletic reported Tuesday that Sengun (ankle) has been diagnosed with a Grade 3 right ankle sprain, as well as a bone bruise in his right knee, and will likely miss the remainder of the regular season.

Adrian Wojnarowski reported Monday that Sengun would need to show significant healing to have a realistic shot at playing again this season, so Charania's update isn't surprising. With Houston falling behind in the race for the 10th seed, the promising young center probably won't push to return over the final weeks, especially considering he's up for a max extension this offseason. Sengun was playing the best basketball of his career before suffering the injury, averaging 27.0 points, 13.5 rebounds, 6.3 assists, 2.5 steals and 0.8 blocks in 36.0 minutes over his previous four appearances. In his absence, Jock Landale would seem to be the top candidate to join the starting five if the Rockets want a traditional center, though it's possible Jabari Smith and Jeff Green could see plenty of playing time as small-ball options at the five.

  • Al Horford C | GS

    Celtics' Al Horford: Out Tuesday

Horford has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Jazz due to a left big toe sprain, Marc D'Amico of the Celtics' official site reports.

Horford will take a seat for the second night of a back-to-back set after posting 11 points, four rebounds, four assists, three blocks and one steal in 30 minutes as a starter during Monday's 121-99 win over the Trail Blazers. His absence is likely just precautionary, as the veteran has routinely sat out the second leg of back-to-back sets all season. Even so, Boston's frontcourt will be shorthanded Tuesday, as Kristaps Porzingis (hamstring) is also out.

  • Celtics' Kristaps Porzingis: Remains out Tuesday

Porzingis (hamstring) is listed as out for Tuesday's game versus Utah.

Porzingis will miss a third consecutive game due to a right hamstring strain. Al Horford (toe) is also sitting out Tuesday in the second leg of a back-to-back set, so the Celtics will likely turn to a committee of Luke Kornet, Xavier Tillman and Neemias Queta to handle the minutes at center.

  • Drew Eubanks C | SAC

Suns' Drew Eubanks: Productive in win

Eubanks finished Monday's 117-111 win over the Cavaliers with four points (2-2 FG), six rebounds, one block and one steal across 18 minutes.

Since the All-Star break, Eubanks has averaged 4.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, 1.0 blocks and 0.4 steals in 15.5 minutes. The 27-year-old has been a consistent piece off the bench this season, shooting 62.7 percent from the field. With the Suns' lack of size, expect Eubanks to continue receiving valuable playing time behind Jusuf Nurkic.

  • Mavericks' Dwight Powell: Grabs board in brief appearance

Powell racked up zero points (0-1 FG), two rebounds and one assist in five minutes during Monday's 127-92 win over Chicago.

Before the Daniel Gafford trade on Jan. 8, Powell averaged 4.2 points and 4.0 rebounds in 15.8 minutes, compared to just 1.0 points and 0.9 rebounds in 5.3 minutes since. With Dereck Lively (nose) returning to the rotation consistently, expect Powell to receive limited minutes behind Gafford, Lively and Maxi Kleber.

  • Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Not on injury report

Wembanyama is not on the injury report for Tuesday's game versus Houston.

Wembanyama produced 27 points (10-25 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 4-9 FT), 14 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and one steal across 31 minutes in his return from injury Monday against the Warriors. While there was some concern that he would be held out for rest or ankle management against the Rockets, that doesn't appear to be the case, barring a late surprise, of course.

  • Celtics' Neemias Queta: Gets garbage-time burn

Queta (knee) scored one point (0-1 FG, 1-2 FT) and added one rebound, one assist and one block over two minutes Monday in the Celtics' 121-99 win over the Trail Blazers.

Queta and fellow deep reserves JD Davison and Jaden Springer didn't enter the game until 1:54 remained in the fourth quarter, when the Celtics had essentially clinched the win. The appearance was Queta's first at the NBA level since Feb. 14, with the third-year center having recently missed about a week of action due to a hyperextended knee. The two-way center is approaching the maximum number of active games he's allotted at the NBA level this season, so Queta could soon be headed to the G League's Maine Celtics to pick up playing time.

  • Wizards' Richaun Holmes: Unavailable Tuesday

Holmes (toe) won't play Tuesday versus Memphis.

Holmes will be out for a second straight game due to a left toe sprain, joining Marvin Bagley (back) on the sideline. With their top two options at center sitting out, the Wizards could once again turn to Kyle Kuzma to serve as a small-ball option at the position. Patrick Baldwin and Eugene Omoruyi could also see additional run off the bench sans Holmes and Bagley.
