  • Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Likely to play Sunday

Allen (finger) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Hornets.

Allen has missed nine of the Cavaliers' last 10 games due to a strained right finger, but he has progressed enough in his recovery to earn the probable tag for Sunday's game. His return would be timely, given that Evan Mobley will be sidelined for 2-to-4 weeks due to a Grade 1 calf strain. Allen has appeared in 15 regular-season games and is averaging 14.3 points, 7.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.0 steals and 0.9 blocks over 26.1 minutes per game.

  • Joel Embiid C | PHI

76ers' Joel Embiid: Questionable for Sunday

Embiid (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Hawks, Austin Krell of OnPattison.com reports.

After dropping a season-high 39 points in Friday's win over Indiana, Embiid may sit out Sunday's contest due to left knee injury management. If the star big man is ultimately ruled out, Andre Drummond is in line to get the starting nod, while Adem Bona is likely to enter the rotation. Over his last four appearances, Embiid has averaged 21.3 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 29.3 minutes per contest.

  • N'Faly Dante C | ATL

    Hawks' N'Faly Dante: Sitting Sunday

Dante (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the 76ers, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.

Dante has been in the league's concussion protocol since early December, and there isn't an established timeline for his return. His next chance to play is Thursday against Charlotte.

  • Hawks' Kristaps Porzingis: Not playing Sunday

Porzingis (illness) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the 76ers, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.

Porzingis is set to miss a third consecutive game (and seventh over the Hawks' last eight games) due to an illness, and his next opportunity to play is Thursday against the Hornets. Onyeka Okongwu will likely continue to work in an expanded role for as long as Porzingis is out of action.

  • Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Could return Sunday

Clingan (leg) is trending toward being available for Sunday's game against the Warriors, Casey Holdahl of the Trail Blazers' official site reports.

Clingan has missed the Trail Blazers' last three games due to a lower leg contusion, but there is optimism that the second-year center will be cleared to return Sunday. Kris Murray would likely revert to a bench role if Clingan is given the green light to play against Golden State.

  • Naz Reid C | MIN

Timberwolves' Naz Reid: Dishes season-high seven assists

Reid accumulated 18 points (7-14 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, seven assists and one steal across 30 minutes off the bench during Friday's 127-120 win over Golden State.

With Anthony Edwards (foot) unavailable, Reid added some extra distribution duties and set a new season high in assists. The 26-year-old big remains one of the key pieces of Minnesota's second unit, and he's drained multiple three-pointers in eight straight games, averaging 14.6 points, 6.1 boards, 3.8 assists, 3.1 threes and 1.0 steals over that stretch in 29.4 minutes a contest.

  • Rudy Gobert C | MIN

Timberwolves' Rudy Gobert: Double-double against Dubs

Gobert accumulated 24 points (11-13 FG, 2-3 FT), 14 rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals over 35 minutes during Friday's 127-120 win over Golden State.

The double-double was his 10th of the season, and third in five games since the calendar flipped to December. On the month so far, Gobert is averaging 16.8 points, 10.8 boards, 1.8 assists, 0.8 blocks and 0.8 steals while shooting an absurd 80.5 percent from the floor -- he's missed only eight of his 41 FG attempts.

  • Jay Huff C | IND

Pacers' Jay Huff: Swats three more shots Friday

Huff recorded 13 points (4-12 FG, 4-11 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, two assists and three blocks over 28 minutes during Friday's 115-105 loss to Philadelphia.

Huff remains one of the best sources for blocks in the league, recording at least two blocks in 11 straight games. The 28-year-old big man also matched a season high with four threes, marking his fourth such game this season, which is tied for the second most by any forward or center. Huff has established himself as the Pacers' primary center, and his unique skill set has made him a valuable fantasy asset.

  • Suns' Khaman Maluach: Recalled to NBA

Phoenix recalled Maluach from the G League's Valley Suns on Friday.

Maluach will rejoin the parent team following a double-double performance in his last G League contest. The center has scored just four points over 21 minutes of play at the NBA level since Nov. 29, but he has been more active in G League play with five starts in the current campaign.

  • Jusuf Nurkic C | UTA

Jazz's Jusuf Nurkic: Comes close to triple-double

Nurkic ended with 13 points (6-9 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-3 FT), 17 rebounds, seven assists, one block and one steal across 28 minutes during Friday's 130-126 victory over the Grizzlies.

Nurkic was efficient with his shot, active on the glass and decisive as a passer, ending just three assists away from recording what would've been his first triple-double of the season. The 17 boards were a season-high mark for the veteran big man, and this was his sixth double-double of the season. Nurkic is firmly entrenched as the Jazz's starting center, and he figures to continue putting up solid numbers across the board as long as he sees regular playing time.
