  • Alex Sarr C | WAS

Wizards' Alex Sarr: Out at least two games

Sarr (adductor), who won't play Monday against the Bucks, will remain out for Tuesday's game against the 76ers, Varun Shankar of The Washington Post reports.

Head coach Brian Keefe said that Sarr's sore right adductor isn't a major concern, so the second-year big man could have a realistic chance at playing Thursday versus the Celtics. With Sarr out of action Monday and Tuesday, Marvin Bagley and Tristan Vukcevic should split the minutes at center.

  • Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Questionable with illness

Clingan (illness) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Raptors.

The second-year big man missed Sunday's game against the Thunder with an illness, and the Trail Blazers are likely to re-evaluate him closer to Tuesday's tipoff. More playing time would be open to Robert Williams off the bench if Clingan is unable to suit up against Toronto, and Kris Murray would also have additional streaming appeal in this case.

  • Celtics' Neemias Queta: Expected to play Tuesday

Queta (ankle) is probable for Tuesday's game against the Knicks, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.

Queta sat out Sunday's game against the Cavaliers for ankle injury management, but he's primed to return Tuesday. His presence should push Xavier Tillman to the bench. Queta has been a bright spot down low for the Celtics, having averaged 9.8 points, 8.5 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.4 blocks in 23.9 minutes per tilt in 18 games this season.

  • Al Horford C | GS

Warriors' Al Horford: Doubtful for Tuesday

Horford (back) is doubtful for Tuesday's game against the Thunder, Sam Gordon of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Horford is likely to miss a fourth straight game due to sciatica. In his likely absence, more playing time should remain available to Quinten Post and Trayce Jackson-Davis at center.

  • Lakers' Deandre Ayton: Omitted from injury report

Ayton (knee) is off the injury report for Monday's game against the Suns, Dan Woike of The Athletic reports.

After leaving Sunday's win over the Pelicans due to right knee soreness, Ayton is good to go Monday and shouldn't have any restrictions. The star big man has averaged 16.0 points, 8.6 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in 29.5 minutes per tilt across 17 games this season.

  • Mavericks' Daniel Gafford: Listed out vs. Denver

Gafford (ankle) is out for Monday's game against Denver.

The Mavericks are holding Gafford out for ankle injury management. Dwight Powell and Moussa Cisse are in line for the backup center minutes Monday. Gafford appears to be day-to-day ahead of Wednesday's matchup with the Heat.

  • Steven Adams C | HOU

Rockets' Steven Adams: Won't play Monday

Adams (rest) won't play Monday against the Jazz.

Monday's game is the second leg of a back-to-back set, so the Rockets will hold out the veteran for maintenance reasons. In Adams' absence, Clint Capela is likely to see an uptick in minutes in the frontcourt.

  • Zach Collins C | CHI

Bulls' Zach Collins: Listed out Monday

Collins (wrist) is out for Monday's game against the Magic.

Collins' season debut will have to wait at least one more contest. With Jalen Smith (hamstring) sidelined Monday, Matas Buzelis will likely be tasked with some backup center duties on top of his starting role at power forward.

  • Hawks' Kristaps Porzingis: Out again Monday

Porzingis (illness) will not play in Monday's game against the Pistons.

Porzingis will miss his third straight game Monday and currently doesn't have a timetable to return. In the meantime, Onyeka Okongwu is likely to hold down the fort at center with Mouhamed Gueye picking up some backup center minutes.

  • Joel Embiid C | PHI

76ers' Joel Embiid: Season-high 30 minutes in return

Embiid (knee) registered 18 points (6-14 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 6-8 FT), four rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block across 30 minutes in Sunday's 142-134 double-overtime loss to the Hawks.

Making just his seventh appearance of the season after missing the 76ers' prior nine games due to right knee injury management, Embiid surprisingly ended up seeing his most minutes of the campaign. The 76ers may have planned to keep Embiid closer to his season-long average of 23.3 minutes per game heading into Sunday, but the two extra periods likely contributed to him seeing some extra run. The 76ers did still elect to hold Embiid out for the entire second overtime period, and the veteran center remains likely to have his minutes monitored carefully moving forward, even though he's ostensibly healthy again. Embiid is also a good bet to continue sitting out one half of back-to-back sets, with the 76ers' next one coming Thursday (versus Warriors) and Friday (at Bucks).
