Jalen Duren C | DET
Pistons' Jalen Duren: Cleared to play Monday
Duren (ankle) is available for Monday's game against the Pacers.
Duren, who had been listed as probable with a right ankle sprain and missed the past two games, will suit up Monday. His return may trim the minutes of Isaiah Stewart and Paul Reed, with the latter having started the previous two contests for the Pistons.

Kristaps Porzingis C | GS
Hawks' Kristaps Porzingis: Iffy for Tuesday
Porzingis (knee) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Pistons, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.
Porzingis has missed two straight games -- the first for rest and the second after a late addition to the injury report due to right knee soreness. The big man has played in nine of the Hawks' 14 contests, averaging 17.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.6 blocks in 25.8 minutes per game. Onyeka Okongwu has started the past two games in Porzingis' place but is now questionable with a knee injury of his own, leaving Atlanta thin in the frontcourt and potentially putting a heavy workload on Mouhamed Gueye if both are ruled out.

Onyeka Okongwu C | ATL
Hawks' Onyeka Okongwu: Questionable for Tuesday
Okongwu (knee) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Pistons, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.
The Hawks could be awfully undermanned at center Tuesday, considering Kristaps Porzingis (knee) is joining Okongwu on the injury report. Mouhamed Gueye could be needed to play a significant role against Detroit, and Atlanta could even choose to recall N'Faly Dante from the G League's College Park Skyhawks if both Okongwu and Porzingis cannot play.

Victor Wembanyama C | SA
Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Out multiple weeks with calf strain
Wembanyama (calf) is expected to miss multiple weeks, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Wembanyama has been diagnosed with a strained left calf, which appears likely to keep him on the shelf through November. Fantasy managers can expect the Spurs to re-evaluate the superstar big man at some point in early December. Luke Kornet looks primed to serve as San Antonio's top center in Wembanyama's stead, with Kelly Olynyk and Bismack Biyombo in line to battle for the backup role.

Yang Hansen C | POR
Trail Blazers' Yang Hansen: Recalled from G League
The Trail Blazers recalled Hansen from the G League's Rip City Remix on Monday.
It's unclear how long the rookie first-rounder will stay with the NBA club. Hansen has averaged just 5.8 minutes per game through his first five appearances for Portland, so the Trail Blazers are likely to send him back to Rip City when they want him to get more action.

Zach Collins C | CHI
Bulls' Zach Collins: Another absence coming
Collins (wrist) is out for Monday's game against the Jazz.
Collins suffered a left wrist fracture just before the start of the 2025-26 regular season and has yet to return to practice for the Bulls. Consider him doubtful for Wednesday's game against Portland until the Bulls provide an update on his status.

Daniel Gafford C | DAL
Mavericks' Daniel Gafford: Sitting out Monday
Gafford (ankle) is out for Monday's game against the Timberwolves, Alan Horton of the Timberwolves Radio Network reports.
Gafford recently sustained a sprained ankle, so the Mavericks will err on the side of caution and hold him out for the second part of their back-to-back. The big man figures to be back in the lineup for Wednesday's showdown against the Knicks. With Gafford and Dereck Lively (knee) sidelined, Dwight Powell and Moussa Cisse are in position to split the center minutes Monday.

Dereck Lively II C | DAL
Mavericks' Dereck Lively: Won't play Monday
Lively (knee) is out for Monday's game against the Timberwolves, Alan Horton of the Timberwolves Radio Network reports.
Monday's game is the second leg of a back-to-back set, but despite seeing just 12 minutes Sunday, the Mavericks will hold Lively out as a precaution. Daniel Gafford (ankle) is also out, meaning the Mavericks could rely heavily on Moussa Cisse. Dwight Powell could be in line for more run as well.

Kevon Looney C | NO
Pelicans' Kevon Looney: Does not play Sunday
Looney was a healthy scratch for Sunday's game against the Warriors.
After starting the last six games, Looney was relegated to the bench in favor of rookie Derik Queen, and the veteran ended up not appearing in the game at all. It remains to be seen whether Looney's role has completely disappeared or if the decision not to play him was matchup-based, but with Zion Williamson (hamstring) also returning to the mix soon, Looney may not see the court consistently moving forward.
