  • Knicks' Karl-Anthony Towns: Iffy for Tuesday

Towns (quadriceps) is listed as questionable for Tuesday's game against the Bucks.

Towns has been a mainstay on the injury report due to a right quadriceps strain, though he has yet to miss a game. If the star big man joins Mitchell Robinson (ankle) on the sideline against Milwaukee, Josh Hart, Ariel Hukporti and Trey Jemison are candidates for increased minutes, especially if Guerschon Yabusele (knee) is downgraded from questionable to out.

  • Knicks' Mitchell Robinson: Won't play Tuesday

Robinson (ankle) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game in Milwaukee.

This will be the third straight game on the sidelines for Robinson with what the team is calling "left ankle injury management." Given we haven't received any positive update on Robinson recently, he should be considered doubtful for Friday's game in Chicago as well.

  • James Wiseman: Waived by Indiana

The Pacers waived Wiseman on Monday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.

After tearing his Achilles tendon in Indiana's 2024-25 regular-season opener, Wiseman was traded to the Raptors in February before being waived. The big man re-signed with the Pacers in July to help bolster their frontcourt depth after losing Myles Turner in free agency. However, Wiseman couldn't capitalize on the opportunity and will now have to explore other opportunities. In a corresponding move, the Pacers signed Mac McClung to bolster their banged-up backcourt.

  • Steven Adams C | HOU

Rockets' Steven Adams: Not starting Monday

Adams is not listed in the starting lineup for Monday's game against the Nets, Lachard Binkley of SI.com reports.

Adams started Houston's first two games of the season, but he'll head to the bench on Monday, with the Rockets opting to go small. Adams could move in and out of the starting unit throughout the season based on the matchup, but as a reserve, he's a far less attractive option in fantasy hoops.

  • Hawks' Kristaps Porzingis: Cleared to play Monday

Porzingis (illness) is available for Monday's game against the Bulls, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.

Porzingis had been sidelined for two games with an illness but took part in Monday's morning shootaround and will be available to face the Bulls. The big man was productive in his Hawks debut Wednesday, posting 20 points, seven rebounds, two assists and two blocks in 26 minutes.

  • Jaxson Hayes C | LAL

Lakers' Jaxson Hayes: Out again Monday

Hayes (knee) will not play Monday against the Trail Blazers, Khobi Price of The Orange County Register reports.

Hayes will end up sitting out both games of this back-to-back set, but he's considered day-to-day with soreness. With Hayes out once again, the Lakers are likely to turn to Jarred Vanderbilt after his strong performance Sunday against the Kings.

  • Chet Holmgren PF | OKC

Thunder's Chet Holmgren: Upgraded to available

Holmgren (back) is available for Monday's game against Dallas.

Just like Saturday's game against the Hawks, Holmgren was able to shake off his questionable tag. He looked sharp against the Hawks, finishing with 31 points (8-12 FG, 6-8 3Pt, 9-10 FT), 12 rebounds, three steals, one assist and one block over 27 minutes.

  • Trail Blazers' Robert Williams: Assigned to G League

Williams (knee) has been assigned to the G League's Rip City Remix on Monday, Sean Highkin of Rip City Radio 620 Portland reports.

Williams has been assigned to the G League as the next step of his rehab, and he's likely to be recalled shortly. For now, it's safe to rule him out for Monday's game against the Lakers.

  • Mavericks' Daniel Gafford: Unlikely to play

Gafford (ankle) is doubtful for Monday's game against the Thunder.

Gafford has yet to make his season debut and is likely to miss his fourth game in a row. Assuming he's held out once again, his next chance to play comes Wednesday against Indiana.

  • Mavericks' Dereck Lively: Doubtful for Monday

Lively (knee) is doubtful for Monday's game against the Thunder.

Monday's game is the second leg of a back-to-back set, and it sounds like Lively is going to be held out. His injury is being described as a left knee contusion, so it sounds relatively minor. With Daniel Gafford (ankle) considered doubtful, the Mavericks could slide Anthony Davis to center and utilize some smaller lineup combos.
