  • Trey Jemison: Waived by LAL on Monday

The Lakers waived Jemison on Monday, Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints.com reports.

Jemison latched on with the Lakers on a two-way pact after being waived by the Pelicans in January, though he'll now have to explore other opportunities. The 25-year-old center appeared in 38 regular-season games between Los Angeles and New Orleans in the 2024-25 campaign, during which he averaged 2.5 points and 2.8 rebounds across 10.3 minutes per game.

  • Timberwolves' Joan Beringer: Flashes shot-blocking upside in SL

Beringer averaged 6.8 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 23.1 minutes per game over four Las Vegas Summer League appearances.

Beringer started each of his outings at center and flashed plenty of rim-protecting ability, also swatting 2.5 shots per contest during the exhibition action. The Timberwolves spent the No. 17 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft to land Beringer, but the 18-year-old rookie big man profiles as a very raw prospect. As long as both Rudy Gobert and Naz Reid are healthy, Beringer could struggle to carve out a steady role off the bench in 2025-26.

  • Magic's Orlando Robinson: Inks two-way deal with Orlando

The Magic signed Robinson to a two-way contract Monday, Jason Beede of the Orlando Sentinel reports.

Robinson spent the 2024-25 campaign with the Kings and Raptors, playing in 44 regular-season games. He averaged 6.9 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.8 assists across 17.5 minutes per game, shooting 44.4 percent from the field. Toronto waived the Fresno State product April 10. He'll have a chance at a fresh start with his new squad.

  • Lakers' Christian Koloko: Gets new two-way deal

Koloko agreed to a one-year, two-way contract with the Lakers on Monday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

Koloko will return to the Lakers on a two-way deal for the second season in a row after he averaged 2.4 points and 2.5 rebounds in 9.2 minutes per contest over 37 appearances during the 2024-25 campaign. He'll likely continue to see limited playing time in a depth role at center moving forward, with both Deandre Ayton and Jaxson Hayes likely to be prioritized ahead of him.

  • Hornets' Ryan Kalkbrenner: Posts near double-double in SL win

Kalkbrenner recorded 15 points (5-6 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 4-5 FT), nine rebounds, one steal and a block during Sunday's 83-78 Summer League championship win.

Kalkbrenner put together a strong performance in the Summer League championship game Sunday, tying for a team-high in rebounds and being one of five Hornets players to score in double figures. Kalkbrenner was also valuable on the defensive end, not only recording a steal and a block but also providing flexibility in matchups and guarding the Kings' point guard at times. His defensive ability could give him a path to playing time during the upcoming season.

  • Clippers' Yanic Konan Niederhauser: Out Sunday

Niederhauser (back) won't play in the Clippers' Summer League finale Sunday against the Grizzlies, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.

Niederhauser will miss a second consecutive game to conclude Summer League due to a back injury. The extent of the injury remains unclear at this point, but there have been no reports suggesting he will miss time to start the regular season.

  • PJ Hall C | CHA

Grizzlies' PJ Hall: Signs two-way deal with Memphis

Hall agreed to a two-way contract with Memphis on Sunday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

Hall will head to Memphis after spending the 2024-25 campaign on a two-way pact with Denver, during which he averaged 1.7 points and 1.2 rebounds across 3.5 minutes per game in 19 regular-season appearances. After being let go by Denver, the 23-year-old joined the Hornets for Summer League, where he averaged 9.2 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.6 blocks in 13.7 minutes per game across five outings.

  • Thunder's Branden Carlson: Scores 12 in SL loss

Carlson closed with 12 points (5-10 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), seven rebounds and two assists across 24 minutes in Saturday's 109-80 Summer League loss to the Hornets.

Carlson delivered a solid showing Thursday despite his team shooting just 31.8 percent from the field. He logged significant minutes throughout Summer League and re-signed with the Thunder on a two-way contract July 8.

  • N'Faly Dante C | ATL

Rockets' N'Faly Dante: Doesn't play in SL finale

Dante (ankle) didn't play in Saturday's 104-101 Summer League win over the Timberwolves.

Dante sustained a sprained left ankle in Monday's overtime loss to the Hawks in Summer League play and didn't return for the team's final two games. The 23-year-old center spent the 2024-25 campaign on a two-way pact with Houston but appeared in only four regular-season outings for the parent club. Over 42 games with the G League's Rio Grande Valley Vipers in 2024-25, Dante averaged 15.0 points, 9.8 rebounds, 2.1 blocks and 1.1 assists across 26.8 minutes per contest.

  • Timberwolves' Jesse Edwards: Strong showing in SL loss

Edwards finished with 18 points (7-12 FG, 4-8 FT), eight rebounds, four blocks and one steal across 24 minutes in Saturday's 104-101 Summer League loss to the Rockets.

Edwards made an impact on both ends Saturday, finishing second on the team in scoring while leading all players in blocks. He spent most of the 2024-25 season with the Iowa Wolves in the G League, where he averaged 11.9 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.8 blocks and 1.4 assists in 25.1 minutes across 34 appearances.
