  • Grizzlies' Marvin Bagley: Slides to second unit vs. Warriors

Bagley won't start in Tuesday's Play-In Game against the Warriors, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.

The 26-year-old big man will retreat to the bench after receiving the starting nod in the club's regular-season finale against Dallas on Sunday due to Zach Edey (ankle) being sidelined. Bagley has logged a DNP in three of Memphis' last six outings, and over his last five appearances in the second unit, he has averaged 0.8 points and 1.2 rebounds across only 4.0 minutes per game.

  • Maxi Kleber C | LAL

Lakers' Maxi Kleber: Active during Tuesday's practice

Kleber (foot) participated in Tuesday's practice, though there's still no clear timetable for his return to game action, Daniel Starkand of LakersNation.com reports.

Kleber hasn't played since Jan. 25 while recovering from surgery on his right foot, which he underwent on Jan. 30. The big man has been doing more on-court work recently, but there's still no official timetable for his return ahead of Saturday's Game 1 against the Timberwolves. It's unclear whether Kleber will play a role in the Lakers' rotation whenever he returns, as he has yet to suit up for Los Angeles since the club acquired him in a trade with the Mavericks.

  • Mavericks' Dereck Lively: Off injury report for Wednesday

Lively (ankle) isn't listed on the injury report for Wednesday's game against the Kings.

Lively sat out the club's regular-season finale due to the right ankle injury that caused him to miss 36 consecutive outings this season. However, the second-year big man is set to return to action during Wednesday's elimination game. Lively has appeared in four matchups since the extended absence, averaging 5.5 points and 4.8 rebounds while shooting 71.4 percent from the field in 16.0 minutes per contest.

  • Mavericks' Anthony Davis: Probable for Wednesday

Davis (adductor) is listed as probable for Wednesday's Play-In Game against the Kings.

The Mavericks continue to list Davis on the injury report due to a left adductor strain, though he's expected to play in Wednesday's elimination game. The superstar missed the club's regular-season finale and appeared in four regular-season outings during April, averaging 24.3 points, 12.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 3.3 blocks across 30.0 minutes per game.

  • Raptors' Ulrich Chomche: Expected to play in Summer League

Head coach Darko Rajakovic anticipates watching Chomche (knee) play in the Las Vegas Summer League in July, Esfandiar Baraheni of The Athletic reports.

Chomche missed the second half of the season due to an MCL tear in his right knee, but he's expected to fully recover well in advance of the 2025-26 campaign. The rookie second-rounder made just seven appearances with Toronto during his first year in the NBA. Still, he averaged 8.0 points, 8.7 rebounds and 2.8 blocks in 24.0 minutes while shooting 54.9 percent from the field over 19 outings (one start) with the G League's Raptors 905. With Chris Boucher set for unrestricted free agency, Chomche could be auditioning for the backup center role behind Jakob Poeltl this offseason.

  • Jericho Sims C | MIL

Bucks' Jericho Sims: Trending in right direction

Sims (thumb) is expected to be available for Saturday's first-round playoff game against the Pacers, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports.

After undergoing thumb surgery in mid-March, Sims participated in most of Tuesday's practice and appears to be on the cusp of returning to the court. Milwaukee's official injury report should provide an official designation on the 2021 second-rounder's status when it becomes available. That said, Sims would likely be facing a minutes restriction if he's cleared to play Saturday, and Bobby Portis has since rejoined the Bucks following a suspension to play the backup center role behind Brook Lopez.

  • Bam Adebayo PF | MIA

Heat's Bam Adebayo: Set for Play-In Game vs. Bulls

Adebayo (rest) is not listed on the injury report ahead of Wednesday's Play-In Game against the Bulls.

The star big man got the day off for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Wizards, but he'll expectedly be back in the lineup for Wednesday's must-win game against Chicago. Adebayo added a consistent three-point shot to his arsenal in 2024-25, and he wrapped up the regular season with averages of 21.6 points, 8.2 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1.2 steals and 2.1 three-pointers on 53.2 percent shooting from deep in 33.4 minutes over his final 12 appearances.

  • Al Horford C | GS

Celtics' Al Horford: Available for Sunday

Horford, who missed Sunday's regular-season finale against the Hornets due to a right knee sprain, is expected to be ready for the start of the postseason.

The Celtics sat out most of their top players Sunday, as they had already secured their playoff seeding a while back. Horford made a total of 60 regular-season appearances, averaging 9.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 0.9 blocks and 1.9 three-pointers in 27.6 minutes per contest.

  • Knicks' Mitchell Robinson: Expected to play

Robinson (ankle), who missed Sunday's regular-season finale against the Nets, is expected to play in Saturday's Game 1 against the Pistons.

It's been widely assumed that the Knicks sat out most of their rotational players Sunday as a precaution. Robinson is expected to operate as the backup center behind Karl-Anthony Towns in the postseason, with minutes projected in the teens.

  • Celtics' Kristaps Porzingis: Expected to play Game 1

Porzingis (rest) is expected to play in the postseason.

With the No. 2 seed locked up, Porzingis missed the regular-season finale for rest purposes. The big man's 42 regular-season appearances were a career-low mark, and he averaged fewer than 20 points per game for the first time since the 2016-17 campaign.
