Okongwu has provided three double-doubles over his last five games, during which he has averaged 15.6 points, 9.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 0.8 blocks across 33.4 minutes per contest.

  • Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Teases triple-double in victory

    Sabonis finished Sunday's 120-113 victory over the Cavaliers with 27 points (11-15 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 4-4 FT), nine rebounds, seven assists and two steals over 39 minutes.

    Although he turned the ball over a game-high seven times, Sabonis co-led the team in dimes and paced the club in boards while scoring an efficient 27 points against Cleveland's towering frontcourt. Sabonis is riding a six-game double-double streak, during which the All-Star big man has averaged 21.7 points on 58.4 percent shooting from the floor, 14.2 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 1.0 steals in 34.0 minutes.

    Rockets' Steven Adams: Bench role vs. Golden State

    Adams will come off the bench during Sunday's game against the Warriors.

    After starting in Friday's win against the Thunder, Adams will return to a reserve role for Houston on Sunday against Golden State. In 51 games off the bench this season, the veteran big man has averaged 3.7 points and 5.6 rebounds per game, shooting 54.3 percent from the field.

  • Hornets' Mark Williams: Returns with near double-double

    Williams chipped in 22 points (7-11 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 8-9 FT), nine rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 31 minutes during Sunday's 131-117 loss to Chicago.

    Williams returned Sunday after missing Friday's contest with a back injury, leading all Charlotte players in scoring and rebounds while finishing one board short of a double-double. Williams has surpassed the 20-point mark in 10 contests this season, pairing nine or more rebounds in all 10 outings. He secured his first game with 20 or more points since last doing so March 10.

    Drummond (toe) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Heat.

    Drummond will miss his 14th consecutive contest due to a sprained toe on his left foot. It wouldn't be a surprise if the non-contending Sixers continue to exercise caution with the veteran big man, though his next opportunity to feature will come Wednesday against Washington.

    Pistons' Jalen Duren: Questionable for Monday

    Duren (leg) has been listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Kings, Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee reports.

    Duren is in danger of missing a second straight game for the Pistons while dealing with a contusion on his right leg. If he's ruled out against Sacramento, Detroit will likely turn to Isaiah Stewart and Paul Reed to pick up the slack in the frontcourt.

    Kornet will start Sunday's game against the Wizards, Sean Grande of NBC Sports Boston reports.

    With Jayson Tatum (ankle) and Kristaps Porzingis (illness) sidelined, Kornet and Al Horford will start in the frontcourt. As a starter this season, Kornet has averaged 9.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.8 blocks and 0.9 steals in 27.9 minutes per game.

    With Jayson Tatum (ankle) and Kristaps Porzingis (illness) unavailable, Horford and Luke Kornet will start in the frontcourt. As a starter this season, Horford has averaged 9.7 points, 6.6 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.7 steals-plus-blocks in 29.6 minutes per game.

  • Celtics' Kristaps Porzingis: Won't play Sunday

    Porzingis (illness) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Wizards.

    Porzingis was a late addition to the injury report and will miss his second outing in April due to a non-COVID illness. HIs next chance to play will come Tuesday against the Knicks. Luke Kornet and Neemias Queta are candidates for a bump in minutes due to Porzingis being sidelined.
