  • Lakers' Anthony Davis: Drops 40 points vs. Spurs

Davis logged 40 points (14-26 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 10-12 FT), 12 rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal over 36 minutes in Friday's 120-115 win over the Spurs.

Despite playing through left plantar fasciitis and an eye injury, Davis showed no signs of slowing down Friday as he dropped a season-high 40 points against DPOY favorite Victor Wembanyama. Davis has gotten off to perhaps his best start in his 13th NBA season, and through the first 11 games of the 2024-25 regular season he is averaging a career-best 31.1 points on 55.7 percent shooting, 10.9 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 2.1 blocks and 1.2 steals over 34.9 minutes per game.

  • Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Fills box score vs. Chicago

Allen contributed 24 points (11-15 FG, 2-2 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and three steals in 37 minutes during Friday's 144-126 victory over the Bulls.

Allen registered a season-high 24 points Friday, which was third-most on the Cavs behind Donovan Mitchell (37) and Darius Garland (29). Allen managed to register his ninth double-double of the season and logged at least two blocks for the fifth time in the 2024-25 campaign. Allen is averaging 14.1 points, 10.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.3 blocks and 1.0 steals over 30.1 minutes per game this season.

  • Bulls' Nikola Vucevic: Efficient 25 points Friday

Vucevic finished with 25 points (11-16 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), eight rebounds and two assists across 33 minutes during Friday's 144-126 loss to the Cavaliers.

Vucevic finished Friday's game as the Bulls' second leading scorer behind Coby White (29), and the former was two rebounds shy from registering his 10th double-double of the regular season. Through the first 13 games of the 2024-25 campaign, Vucevic is averaging 21.0 points on 59.9 percent shooting (including 45.3 percent from three on 4.1 3PA/G), 10.0 rebounds and 3.1 assists over 32.5 minutes per game.

  • Alex Sarr C | WAS

Wizards' Alex Sarr: Best scoring output of season

Sarr amassed 20 points (7-13 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), seven rebounds, two assists, three blocks and four steals across 31 minutes during Friday's 129-117 loss to the Hawks.

Sarr posted his best scoring performance of the season Friday and added to his stellar night by showcasing his prowess on the defensive end. The rookie struggled mightily to find the bottom of the net through his first five appearances of November, hitting 35.3 percent of his field-goal attempts, but he's turned a corner of late, drilling 13 of 27 shots in his last two games.

  • Joel Embiid C | PHI

76ers' Joel Embiid: Scores 20 points vs. Magic

Embiid supplied 20 points (5-15 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 10-10 FT), eight rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal in 33 minutes during Friday's 98-86 loss to Orlando.

Embiid failed to connect on his five three-point attempts Friday, but he did hit all 10 of his free-throw tries and finished as the 76ers' second-leading scorer behind Jared McCain (20). Embiid did manage to crack 30-plus minutes in his second game back from a left knee injury, and with two days of rest, he could see that amount of playing time against the Heat on Monday.

  • Hawks' Onyeka Okongwu: Scores in double figures

Okongwu posted 13 points (5-9 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 13 rebounds, two blocks and two steals across 26 minutes during Friday's 129-117 win over Washington.

Okongwu has now scored in double digits in back-to-back contests, and his 13-rebound night resulted in his second double-double of the 2024-25 campaign. The big man continues to come off the bench but once again outlogged Clint Capela in minutes, 26 to 22. However, consistency has been an issue of late for Okongwu, who's been held to eight or fewer points in three of his last five games.

  • Bam Adebayo PF | MIA

Heat's Bam Adebayo: Dominant outing vs. Pacers

Adebayo finished Friday's 124-111 win over the Pacers with 30 points (10-17 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 8-9 FT), 11 rebounds, seven assists and five steals over 39 minutes.

Adebayo tied a season high with five steals Friday and logged his second straight double-double, his sixth of the 2024-25 regular season. It was also the second time this season that Adebayo scored at least 30 points, and his increased involvement on offense will be necessary for as long as Jimmy Butler is out due to a right ankle sprain. In the three games Butler has been sidelined, Adebayo has averaged 19.7 points, 10.0 rebounds and 5.7 assists across 40.4 minutes per game.

  • Alex Len C | NY

    Kings' Alex Len: Starting Friday

Len is in the Kings' starting lineup for Friday's game against Minnesota, Matt George of ABC 10 Sacramento reports.

Len will make his first start of the 2024-25 regular season Friday due to DeMar DeRozan being sidelined with lower back tightness. Len has averaged just 7.4 minutes per game this season, so Friday's contest will give the 2013 first-round pick an opportunity to earn a bigger role in the Kings' rotation.

  • Jay Huff C | IND

Grizzlies' Jay Huff: Moves back to bench

Huff is not in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Warriors, Damichael Cole of The Memphis Commercial Appeal reports.

Huff will return to the bench for this game with Brandon Clarke (toe) returning to the first unit. Huff is averaging 10.4 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.9 blocks per game when coming off the bench in 11 appearances this season.

  • Grizzlies' Brandon Clarke: Good to go, starting Friday

Clarke (toe) is available for Friday's game against the Warriors. He will start at center, according to Damichael Cole of The Memphis Commercial Appeal.

Clarke missed Wednesday's game against the Lakers due to a toe injury, but he will make his return Friday from a one-game absence. Clarke started in the two games prior to his injury and averaged 7.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.5 steals over 17.0 minutes over that span.
