  • Kings' Orlando Robinson: Not listed on injury report

Robinson (knee) isn't listed on the injury report for Friday's game against Minnesota.

Robinson was assigned to the G League on Thursday, but if he's still with Stockton, he would be marked as such on the NBA's official injury report, which isn't the case. It's unclear if Robinson will actually be available to make his season debut Friday, but it appears that could be a possibility.

  • Maxi Kleber C | LAL

Mavericks' Maxi Kleber: Gets 17 minutes in start

Kleber (hamstring) started at power forward and produced three points (1-2 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT) in 17 minutes in Thursday's 115-113 loss to the Jazz.

Kleber had missed seven straight games with a hamstring strain before being cleared for action last Sunday. He hadn't gotten off the bench in either of the Mavericks' previous two contests in coach's decisions, but Kleber entered the starting five Thursday while Naji Marshall moved back to the bench after starting in the prior four contests. Marshall still saw significantly more playing time (34 minutes) than Kleber, who could find himself back outside of the rotation when P.J. Washington (knee) and/or Kyrie Irving (shoulder) are available again after both sat out Thursday.

  • 76ers' Andre Drummond: Not at shootaround

Drummond, who's listed as questionable due to an illness, wasn't present for Philadelphia's morning shootaround ahead of Friday's game against the Magic, Ky Carlin of USA Today reports.

Drummond missed his first game of the season Wednesday versus Cleveland and may be sidelined again Friday. Joel Embiid (knee/rest) will be in action, so if Drummond is sidelined again, Guerschon Yabusele and Adem Bona would be candidates for increased roles off the bench.

  • Jazz's Kyle Filipowski: Productive in start Thursday

Filipowski notched 14 points (6-8 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 1-4 FT), seven rebounds, two assists and a steal across 30 minutes in Thursday's 115-113 win over the Mavericks.

Filipowski earned a start for this game after notching a career-high 18-point effort off the bench in a loss to the Suns on Tuesday, and he carried the momentum into this contest. This was his highest-scoring start of the season, and it wouldn't be shocking to see him remain in a starting role when the Jazz take on the Kings on Saturday due to the lack of depth Utah currently has in its frontcourt. Taylor Hendricks (leg) is out, while the status of both Lauri Markkanen (nose) and Walker Kessler (hip) is uncertain in a best-case scenario.

  • John Collins PF | LAC

Jazz's John Collins: Shines in win over Mavs

Collins posted 28 points (10-20 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 7-7 FT), nine rebounds, three assists and two steals across 36 minutes in Thursday's 115-113 win over the Mavericks.

Collins was dominant in his second start of the season, and he's making the most of the absence of Walker Kessler (hip). Collins finished just one rebound away from recording what would've been his fourth double-double over his last five outings, and he's also notched at least 25 points three times in that stretch. That includes his two starts, so his upside is trending in the right direction, especially since Kessler doesn't have a specific return date.

  • Mavericks' Daniel Gafford: Returns to game Thursday

Gafford (leg) has returned to Thursday's game against the Jazz, Grant Afseth of DallasHoopsJournal.com reports.

Gafford departed the contest in the third quarter and went to the locker room briefly, but he returned to action a few minutes later. Gafford didn't start the contest, but with Dereck Lively in foul trouble, the former should handle increased minutes.

  • Mavericks' Daniel Gafford: Heads to locker room Thursday

Gafford headed to the locker room during the second half of Thursday's game against the Jazz due to an apparent leg injury, Grant Afseth of DallasHoopsJournal.com reports.

The big man headed to the locker room limping after staying down, and he looked in pain while grabbing his right leg as he exited the court. Dereck Lively is in foul trouble, so the Mavericks will have to rely on Maxi Kleber and Dwight Powell in case Gafford doesn't return to the hardwood.

  • Mavericks' Dereck Lively: Getting starting nod vs. Jazz

Lively will enter the starting lineup in Thursday's game against the Jazz, Grant Afseth of DallasHoopsJournal.com reports.

The 20-year-old will replace Daniel Gafford in the starting five after a solid return from a right shoulder sprain in Tuesday's loss to Golden State, during which Lively recorded 12 points (4-6 FG, 4-7 FT), eight rebounds, two assists and one block across 24 minutes. The big man will likely still split minutes with Gafford, and the two should both receive significant playing time with P.J. Washington (knee) out.

  • Mavericks' Daniel Gafford: Moves to bench Thursday

Gafford is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the Jazz, Mark Followill of Bally Sports Southwest reports.

Gafford will move to the bench for the first time this season, meaning Dereck Lively will get the start at center in this one. The move is a bit puzzling since Gafford has been playing well in November, averaging 14.8 points and 6.5 rebounds per game while shooting an impressive 79.6 percent from the field in six contests.

  • Maxi Kleber C | LAL

Mavericks' Maxi Kleber: Receives spot start vs. Jazz

Kleber will enter the starting lineup in Thursday's game against the Jazz, Grant Afseth of DallasHoopsJournal.com reports.

Despite Naji Marshall filling in as the starting power forward in P.J. Washington's (knee) absence thus far, Kleber will get the spot start Thursday and play for the first time since Oct. 26. The big man has appeared in only two regular-season games this year due mainly to a right hamstring strain, and he averaged 2.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists across 15.5 minutes per game.
