Nesmith popped up on Saturday's injury report due to a left elbow sprain, but the sixth-year pro has been given the green light by medical staff to play Sunday. He has averaged 16.8 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 2.8 threes over 32.2 minutes per game over his last six outings.

Phillips (wrist) is available for Sunday's game against the Clippers.
The Timberwolves acquired Phillips and Ayo Dosunmu from the Bulls on Thursday. The former was originally tabbed as questionable for Sunday's game due to a right wrist sprain, but Phillips has been given the green light to make his debut with Minnesota. He averaged 9.5 minutes per game off the bench with the Bulls and will provide the Timberwolves with frontcourt depth behind Naz Reid, Julius Randle and Rudy Gobert.

Riley is not in the Wizards' starting lineup against the Heat on Sunday.
The rookie first-rounder is coming off a career performance Saturday against the Nets, when he tallied 27 points, three rebounds, two assists, three steals, one block and four three-pointers over 45 minutes. Riley has seen more playing time as of late and has averaged 19.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 2.0 steals over his last five outings, but he will come off the bench Sunday due to the returns of Bilal Coulibaly and Kyshawn George.

Gardner is in the Heat's starting lineup against the Wizards on Sunday, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Gardner will enter the Heat's starting lineup for the third time in five games while Pelle Larsson (elbow) takes a seat. Gardner's last start took place Tuesday in Miami's loss to Atlanta, during which he logged 14 points, six rebounds, two steals and two three-pointers over 22 minutes.

Quickley (ankle) is still a game-time decision but is expected to play against the Pacers on Sunday, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Quickley was added to the Raptors' injury report after he sprained his ankle during Saturday's practice. It appears the sixth-year pro will give it a go Sunday, but expect Jamal Shead to see an uptick in minutes if the Raptors opt to limit Quickley's playing time.

Poeltl (back) has been ruled out for Sunday's game versus the Pacers, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
While Poeltl won't play Sunday, he's reportedly "very close" to getting back to the court. Per Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca, Poeltl went through a full practice Saturday, and at this stage, his main focus has been getting reconditioned after his back injury has kept him from playing since Dec. 21. Poeltl's next chance to play will come Wednesday versus the Pistons.
