Norman Powell SG | CHI
Bulls' Norman Powell: Headed to Chicago
Powell agreed to a two-year, $45 million contract with the Bulls on Wednesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Powell has averaged at least 21 points per game in each of the past two seasons, including his first All-Star appearance during his age-32 campaign with the Heat in 2025-26. However, the veteran will now join his third team in as many years, likely serving as the starting shooting guard next to Josh Giddey in Chicago's backcourt.

Bogdan Bogdanovic SF | HOU
Rockets' Bogdan Bogdanovic: Inks pact with Houston
Bogdanovic signed a one-year contract with the Rockets on Tuesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
After the Clippers declined their team option on Bogdanovic's contract, the veteran sharpshooter is set to head to Houston. The 33-year-old saw inconsistent burn with Los Angeles in 2025-26, averaging a career-low 7.4 points along with 2.6 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 19.7 minutes per showing across 23 regular-season appearances (three starts). He shot a career-worst 34.7 percent from deep last season but is a career 38.1 percent shooter from three-point range over nine seasons.

Dean Wade PF | PHI
76ers' Dean Wade: Signing with Philadelphia
Wade agreed to a four-year, $39 million contract with the 76ers on Tuesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Wade spent the first seven years of his career in Cleveland, most recently averaging 5.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 0.4 blocks and 0.7 steals while shooting 36.2 percent from deep across 22.3 minutes in 59 regular-season appearances in 2025-26. Although the 29-year-old forward hasn't been a steady contributor throughout his career, he'll still provide valuable depth for the Sixers, considering he's capable of contributing on both ends of the floor while being used interchangeably as a starter or reserve.

Zach Collins C | CHI
Bulls' Zach Collins: Staying with Chicago
Collins (toe) agreed to a two-year, $17 million extension with Chicago on Tuesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Collins will return to Chicago on a multi-year deal rather than testing free agency. The big man was limited to just 10 regular-season games during the 2025-26 campaign, averaging 9.7 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 18.4 minutes per contest while dealing with a left wrist fracture early in the season before suffering a right toe sprain that ultimately required surgery. Collins figures to provide center depth off the bench alongside Jalen Smith (calf) behind the recently acquired Nic Claxton (finger).

Suns' Luke Kennard: Signs with Phoenix
Kennard signed a two-year, $13 million contract with the Suns on Tuesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
After playing for three teams in the past two seasons, Kennard will join the Suns and figures to play a meaningful role off the bench. Nets' Keon Ellis: Inks deal with Brooklyn
Ellis agreed to a two-year, $18 million deal with Brooklyn on Tuesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

Across 72 regular-season appearances (11 starts) last season, the Alabama product averaged 6.7 points, 1.9 rebounds, 1.2 steals and 1.0 assists while shooting 44.0 percent from the field and 36.3 percent from beyond the arc in 20.5 minutes per contest. The 26-year-old may not operate as a full-time starter, but Ellis should carve out a significant role for a Brooklyn team continuing its rebuild after already acquiring veteran forward Julius Randle this offseason. Ellis' deal includes a mutual option with all $18 million guaranteed.
-
Kobe Sanders PF | LAC
Clippers' Kobe Sanders: Staying with LAC
Sanders agreed to a four-year, $11.2 million deal with the Clippers on Tuesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Sanders wasn't a consistent producer last season. However, the 2025 No. 50 overall pick displayed flashes of promise by averaging 10.6 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 0.2 blocks and 0.8 steals while shooting 43.3 percent from deep over 27.3 minutes in 16 regular-season starts. Kawhi Leonard is heading back to Toronto and Darius Garland and Brandon Ingram have struggled to stay healthy over the years, meaning Sanders could get an opportunity to be more active on the scoring end at some point during the 2026-27 campaign.

He averaged 5.8 points, 3.0 rebounds and 0.6 blocks in 11.6 minutes per game in 2025-26, and he will add depth at the center position for Portland. He's not expected to be a major factor in most fantasy formats, however, as he'll probably compete with Yang Hansen and Sidy Cissoko for the third-string center role behind Donovan Clingan and Robert Williams.

Tim Hardaway Jr. SG | MIA
Heat's Tim Hardaway: Signing with Miami
Hardaway agreed to a one-year, $6.5 million deal with Miami on Tuesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
After Miami acquired Giannis Antetokounmpo from Milwaukee in a blockbuster trade, the front office is adding Hardaway to bolster the team's depth and provide spacing. The 2013 No. 24 overall pick is coming off a quality 2025-26 campaign with the Nuggets, averaging 13.5 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 0.5 steals while shooting a career-high 40.7 percent from deep across 26.6 minutes in 80 regular-season appearances.
