  • Mavericks' Daniel Gafford: Managing ankle injury

Gafford is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Pacers due to right ankle injury management.

Gafford has been managing a right ankle injury since mid-January and is in jeopardy of missing Sunday's game. Marvin Bagley would be the top candidate to start at center and Dwight Powell would have an elevated role off the bench if Gafford is unable to play. Gafford has averaged 8.6 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.5 blocks over 23.5 minutes per game over his last 10 outings.

  • Max Christie SG | DAL

Mavericks' Max Christie: Iffy for Sunday

Christie (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Pacers.

Christie was held out of Friday's loss to Minnesota after spraining his left ankle in Thursday's practice, though the questionable tag suggests he's day-to-day. If the sharpshooter remains sidelined for a second straight game, Klay Thompson, Tyus Jones and AJ Johnson would be candidates for increased playing time.

  • Cooper Flagg SF | DAL

Mavericks' Cooper Flagg: Won't play Sunday

Flagg (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Pacers.

Flagg's absence will extend to three games as he continues to rehab from a left foot sprain, and his next chance to play is Tuesday against the Nets. Khris Middleton, Klay Thompson and Naji Marshall will continue to operate in expanded roles for as long as Flagg is out of action.

  • Grayson Allen SG | PHO

    Suns' Grayson Allen: Available Saturday

Allen (ankle) is available for Saturday's game against the Magic.

Allen will shed his questionable tag and return from a four-game absence due to a right ankle sprain and a right knee sprain. The veteran swingman could see a slight bump in minutes due Devin Booker (hip) being sidelined. Over 17 outings (eight starts) since the beginning of January, Allen has averaged 17.8 points, 3.8 assists, 3.4 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 29.5 minutes per contest.

  • Myles Turner C | MIL

Bucks' Myles Turner: Questionable versus Toronto

Turner (calf) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Raptors.

Turner has missed the last two games due to right calf soreness that initially flared up during warmups on Feb. 12. While he was unable to suit up for Friday's win over the Pelicans, the move to questionable suggests he is nearing a return to action. With Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) still without a firm timetable, Turner's potential return would provide a massive boost to a Milwaukee frontcourt currently leaning on Jericho Sims, Kyle Kuzma, Bobby Portis and Ousmane Dieng.

  • Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo: Not available Sunday

Antetokounmpo (calf) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Raptors.

Antetokounmpo's absence will extend to 11 games as the two-time MVP continues to rehab from a right calf strain that has kept him out of action since late January. His next chance to play is Tuesday against the Heat, and while he recently said that he feels "100 percent" healthy, there doesn't appear to be a clear timeline for his return.

  • Jalen Suggs SG | ORL

Magic's Jalen Suggs: Not playing Saturday

Suggs (back) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Suns.

Suggs will be sidelined for the first leg of the Magic's back-to-back set due to back spasms, but the fifth-year guard could be available for Sunday's road tilt against the Clippers. The Magic will turn to Jevon Carter, Jett Howard, Jase Richardson and Tristan da Silva to pick up the slack in Suggs' absence.

  • Suns' Haywood Highsmith: Out another 2-to-3 weeks

The Suns announced Saturday that Highsmith (knee) will be re-evaluated in two to three weeks, Shane Young of the Suns' official site reports.

Highsmith has yet to make his season debut after undergoing right knee surgery in August to repair a torn meniscus. He was traded from Miami to Brooklyn shortly thereafter but was ultimately waived by the Nets on Feb. 5. While he has since caught on with the Suns on a multi-year deal and had been taking part in 5-on-5 drills prior to being waived by Brooklyn, he won't be rushed along in his recovery from major surgery. Highsmith could be a valuable role player for Phoenix once he's eventually cleared to play, though the organization is counting on him to contribute more in 2026-27 rather than this season.

  • Andrew Wiggins SF | MIA

Heat's Andrew Wiggins: Knocks down three treys in return

Wiggins (toe) recorded 13 points (5-12 FG, 3-6 3Pt), seven rebounds, two assists and one block in 27 minutes in Thursday's 128-97 win over the Hawks.

Wiggins missed the Heat's final game prior to the All-Star break due to left toe inflammation, but he was back in action Friday and didn't seem to be facing any restrictions. The veteran forward has seen his scoring average drop just over two points to 15.9 per game this season after he averaged 18.0 points over his 60 regular-season games between Golden State and Miami in 2024-25, but Wiggins is shooting more efficiently from the field (47.0 percent) and has converted at a career-best clip from downtown (39.8 percent).

  • Pelle Larsson SF | MIA

Heat's Pelle Larsson: Puts up 12 points in return

Larsson (finger) tallied 12 points (6-9 FG), six rebounds, two steals and one assist in 32 minutes Friday in the Heat's 128-97 win over the Hawks.

Miami welcomed back two key rotation pieces for its first contest out of the All-Star break, as Larsson was back in action following a three-game absence and Tyler Herro (ribs) returned following a 15-game absence. Herro led the scoring charge for Miami with 24 points in his 23 minutes, but it was Larsson who moved back into the starting five and ended up seeing the heavier workload. Expect Herro to eventually take back a spot in the first unit, but Larsson should be in line for at least one more start Saturday versus the Grizzlies. Larsson should have a path to another 30-minute workload, as Miami will have some extra playing time to go around with Davion Mitchell (illness) listed as doubtful for the second leg of the back-to-back set.
