Mamukelashvili showed off his versatility in his Lakers debut, with his five assists ranking second on the team. The 27-year-old is coming off a career-best 2025-26 regular season with Toronto and should have a consistent role in Los Angeles' frontcourt after signing a four-year deal during the offseason.

Philon finished with six points (2-9 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four assists and two rebounds in 25 minutes during Monday's 120-97 preseason win over the Knicks.

Philon struggled with his shot but didn't commit a turnover while receiving an extended look in Philadelphia's preseason opener. The rookie should continue to see opportunities during the preseason as the 76ers evaluate their backcourt depth.

Thomas grabbed three offensive rebounds and made a strong impression in limited action. The undrafted rookie is competing for a roster spot, and Monday's performance was an encouraging start to his preseason.

Clarkson recorded six points (2-8 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-4 FT), four rebounds and one assist in 14 minutes during Monday's preseason loss to the 76ers.

Clarkson struggled to find his shot in his first preseason action, and all four of his rebounds came on the offensive glass. The veteran projects to provide scoring off New York's bench and should have a sizable role with the second unit.
