Porter has been the Nets' best player this season by a wide margin, and he delivered another strong showing despite the 16-point loss. Porter has scored at least 25 points in four of his last six appearances, and this was his second double-double in that stretch. The star forward should remain the Nets' go-to scoring option on offense as long as he's able to stay on the hardwood consistently.

Adebayo provided 21 points (7-15 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 7-8 FT), seven rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal in 25 minutes during Thursday's 126-110 victory over the Nets.

Even though there's a strong argument to say Kel'el Ware outplayed Adebayo with his impressive stat line, Adebayo was one of Miami's top scoring weapons in a comfortable 16-point win. The star big man extended his streak of games with at least 20 points to four, and he's recorded three double-doubles over that stretch as well. Adebayo will likely remain as one of Miami's most reliable scoring and rebounding weapons for the Heat going forward.

Herro closed with 25 points (9-16 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 5-5 FT), four rebounds and five assists across 31 minutes during Thursday's 126-110 victory over Brooklyn.

Herro was part of the starting lineup for a third straight contest, and it's clear he's going to remain in that role as long as he stays healthy -- though that has been a big "if" with him all season long. Herro is trending in the right direction from a scoring perspective as well, and he's tallied 20-plus points in three of his last four contests.

Ware contributed 16 points (7-9 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 11 rebounds, one assist, seven blocks and five steals across 32 minutes during Thursday's 126-110 win over the Nets.

Ware finished just three blocks away from recording a triple-double and also added five steals, so his impact on both ends of the court was massive for the Heat. The second-year big man has three straight double-doubles and has notched that feat in seven of his last 10 appearances. The defensive impact can't be overlooked either -- he has seven blocks and 10 steals over his last two contests, both coming off the bench.

Middleton ended with 19 points (7-15 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-5 FT), two rebounds and seven assists across 32 minutes during Thursday's 115-114 loss to Orlando.

Middleton put together his best scoring performance since Feb. 22, and he rewarded the Mavs for keeping him in the starting lineup even after the return of Naji Marshall from a bruised finger. However, Middleton has been held to single figures in three of his last six games, so the consistency simply hasn't been there lately from the veteran forward. Production on the offensive end will only become more difficult once Cooper Flagg builds back up to a full workload.

Ayton went to the locker room during the second quarter of Thursday's game against the Nuggets for an undisclosed reason, Khobi Price of The California Post reports.

It's not clear whether Ayton picked up an injury, but he wasn't sitting on the bench in the final few minutes of the first half. He can be considered questionable to return until more information surfaces.

Johnson registered 15 points (5-13 FG, 5-9 3Pt), eight rebounds, two assists and one steal over 20 minutes during Thursday's 122-112 loss to the Jazz.

Johnson finished just two boards shy of recording a double-double, and the rookie out of Texas continues to deliver solid, yet unspectacular, performances as the season progresses. This was a bounce-back performance for Johnson as well, as he hadn't scored in double digits since Feb. 26, snapping a three-game streak in which he couldn't score more than nine points.

Banchero logged 16 points (7-17 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 12 rebounds, six assists and two steals across 36 minutes during Thursday's 115-114 win over the Mavericks.

Banchero turned in an ugly night on the offensive end, but he made up for it by crashing the glass. This marks the third time he's reached double-digit rebounds in his last five appearances. Banchero was also more involved than usual on the defensive end, racking up multiple steals for the first time since Feb. 7.

Reese ended with 18 points (5-7 FG, 8-8 FT), 20 rebounds, two assists and one steal in 38 minutes during Thursday's 122-112 loss to Utah.

Reese's performances have been trending in the right direction. He came close to posting a double-double in the loss to the Magic on March 3, finishing with nine points and eight rebounds, but he bested those numbers by a massive margin in this loss. It's been only three appearances, but Reese is making a strong case to remain with the Wizards after signing a two-way deal Feb. 28, especially considering the lack of depth the Wizards have in the frontcourt right now.

Niederhauser has been diagnosed with a Lisfranc injury in his right foot and will require surgery. He's been ruled out for the remainder of the 2025-26 season, Joey Linn of SI.com reports.

This is a tough blow for Niederhauser, who suffered the injury during Wednesday's matchup against the Pacers. It's still too early to talk about whether the big man will be available for the start of next season, though the team could provide an estimate following the procedure.
