The Titans waived Hayes on Thursday, Easton Freeze of AtoZSports.com reports.
Hayes has spent time on both the Falcons' and Dolphins' practice squads, appearing in just one regular-season game during the 2024 campaign as a special-teams feature. The offensive tackle will likely return to that role for a familiar team once rosters are cut down August 30.
