Titans' Ryan Hayes: Signs with Tennessee
Hayes (undisclosed) signed with the Titans on Tuesday.
Hayes appeared in one regular-season game for the Dolphins in 2024, logging four snaps on special teams. He then spent time on the practice squads of Miami and Atlanta last season before landing on the Falcons' practice-squad injured list in October. Hayes will compete for a reserve role along the offensive line in Tennessee.

Ryan Hayes: Lands on PS injured list
The Falcons placed Hayes (undisclosed) on the practice squad injured list Tuesday, Terrin Waack of the Falcons' official site reports.
The severity and nature of Hayes' injury isn't clear, but his placement on the practice squad IL means he won't be eligible to be elevated to the active roster for at least the next four games. That makes Week 12 against the Saints on Nov. 23 the earliest he could be elevated.

Miami signed Hayes (foot) to its practice squad Wednesday.
The Dolphins waived Hayes with a foot injury prior to their regular-season opener, but they're now bringing him back to Miami ahead of Week 10. However, barring injuries, it's not likely he'll see any game action any time soon.

Ryan Hayes: Waived with injury settlement
The Dolphins waived Hayes (foot) from injured reserve Thursday with an injury settlement, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The 2023 seventh-round pick was waived with an injury designation in late August, and after going unclaimed off waivers, he reverted to IR one day later. Hayes was set to miss the entire 2024 season, but the injury settlement allows him to sign with a team once he has fully recovered from his foot injury. Hayes spent all of 2023 on the Dolphins' practice squad.

Hayes reverted to injured reserve with the Dolphins on Wednesday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Hayes was waived with an injury designation Tuesday after suffering a foot injury in the preseason and is now set to miss the entirety of the 2024 season while on IR unless he eventually reaches an injury settlement. For the time being, the offensive lineman will shift his focus to being ready for training camp in 2025.

Hayes (foot) was seen wearing a walking boot following Miami's preseason loss to the Buccaneers on Friday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Hayes started at right tackle in the exhibition contest but limped toward the sideline after a play in the first half and subsequently went to the medical tent. He never returned to the contest, and the fact that he was in a boot postgame could mean that his injury is more than minor. Hayes has been competing for a depth role along the Dolphins' offensive line during training camp.

The Dolphins elevated Hayes to the active roster ahead of Monday's game against the Titans, Alain Poupart of SI.com reports.
With Robert Hunt (hamstring) set to miss Monday's contest and Terron Armstead (ankle) listed as questionable, Hayes' call-up provides depth to the Dolphins' offensive line. He's in a spot to be activated should Armstead be unable to suit up.

The Dolphins selected Hayes in the seventh round of the 2023 NFL Draft, 238th overall.
Hayes started four seasons at Michigan after redshirting his freshman year to transition from tight end to left tackle. He is regarded as an intelligent blocker, but he's undersized and lacks the required strength to be a starter as a result. Nevertheless, he should provide valuable depth for the Dolphins.
