Hayes (foot) was waived with an injury designation by the Dolphins on Tuesday.
Hayes was spotted in a walking boot following Miami's preseason finale versus the Buccaneers on Friday. If he clears waivers, he'll revert to the Dolphins' injured reserve for the 2024 season.
