  • Ertz won't return to Sunday's game in New Orleans due to a concussion. Ertz was checked for a head injury in the second quarter before the Commanders made a ruling on his availability for the rest of Week 15. He'll finish the contest with two catches (on two targets) for 25 yards. John Bates and Ben Sinnott will handle TE reps for Washington in the second half and potentially beyond that point.

  • Ertz is under evaluation for a head injury during Sunday's game at New Orleans. Prior to visiting the sideline tent in the middle of the second quarter, Ertz had hauled in both of his targets for 25 yards. John Bates and Ben Sinnott are the healthy tight ends on the Commanders' active roster.

Ertz was rolling prior to his bye in Week 14, and hopefully he stays hot in Week 15 at New Orleans. He scored at least 12.5 PPR points in three games in a row prior to Week 14, with a touchdown in each outing. But he also has four games in a row with at least six targets, and he should be locked in as the No. 2 option in the passing game behind Terry McLaurin now that Noah Brown (kidney) is out. The Saints have allowed four tight ends in their past five games to score at least 9.5 PPR points, and Ertz should be considered a top-10 Fantasy tight end in all leagues in Week 15.

  • Ertz caught three of six targets for 35 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 42-19 win over the Titans. Ertz extended Washington's lead to 35-13 with a four-yard touchdown catch in the fourth quarter. He has scored in three consecutive games after recording only one touchdown through 10 games with the Commanders. Ertz will look to extend his touchdown streak in Week 15 against the Saints after a Week 14 bye.

    By Jamey Eisenberg

Ertz is on fire heading into Week 13 against Tennessee, and he should be started with confidence in all leagues. He scored at least 14 PPR points in four of his past six games, including two in a row against Philadelphia and Dallas, and he has at least seven targets in three consecutive outings. The Titans have allowed four tight ends to score at least 8.0 PPR points in their past five games, with three touchdowns over that span, and Ertz might get a few more targets with Austin Ekeler (concussion) out. Ertz should be considered a No. 1 Fantasy tight end in all leagues.
