Lockett (thigh) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports. Lockett continues to operate with a cap on his practice reps due to the thigh issue that has followed him since mid-August. Still, he's been able to suit up for both of Seattle's games this season on his way to eight catches (on nine targets) for 92 yards and no touchdowns. Whether Lockett enters Sunday's game against the Dolphins listed as questionable like he was in Week 1 or minus an injury designation like he was in Week 2 will hinge on his practice activity Thursday and Friday.

Lockett (thigh) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at New England, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports. Lockett has been dealing with a thigh injury since mid-August and was listed as questionable for Week 1, before catching six passes for 77 yards on a team-high seven targets in a 26-20 win over Denver. He got fewer snaps and routes than Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who nonetheless was targeted just twice en route to a 2-19-0 receiving line. It's possible Lockett gets more playing time now that he's healthier, but it might also be a regular thing for JSN to take more snaps/routes than his 31-year-old teammate this year.

Lockett is following the same routine this week as he did during Week 1 prep, meaning he likely will follow back-to-back capped sessions with a full practice Friday. Whether or not he enters the weekend with a designation for Sunday's game at New England remains to be seen, but there doesn't seem to be much, if any, worry about him being available. Lockett paced the Seahawks with six catches (on seven targets) for 77 yards during this past Sunday's win over the Broncos.

As was the case last week to begin preparations for the Seahawks' season opener, Lockett is kicking off this week with a cap on his reps due to the thigh issue that has lingered since mid-August. While his snap share (54 percent) during this past Sunday's win against the Broncos fell below his standard from past seasons, he paced the team with six catches (on seven targets) for 77 yards. Whether or not Lockett carries a designation into Sunday's game at New England will be determined after Friday's practice report is released.

Lockett was disrespected all offseason again and came out and played like the Seahawks' number one wide receiver in Week 1. View him as a boom/bust flex for now, but if he has another week as the team's top target earner, he'll move into WR3 territory.
