  Hill has received two citations, careless driving and a seatbelt violation, due to Sunday's incident in which he was detained by police outside of Hard Rock Stadium prior to Miami's 20-17 win over the Jaguars, Jeff Darlington of ESPN reports. Hill's citations don't figure to result in any further ramifications, leaving Miami's No. 1 wideout in the clear to suit up for a key Week 2 divisional matchup against the Bills on Thursday Night Football. Kevin Dotson of CNN.com reports that the Miami-Dade Police Department placed an officer on administrative leave and has begun an internal investigation related to Sunday's incident. Hill secured seven of 12 targets for 130 yards and a score during Miami's regular-season opener in a game that also saw Jaylen Waddle pass the 100-yard mark. This Dolphins offense remains willing to funnel the passing game through Hill and Waddle, though it was encouraging to see explosive RB De'Von Achane provide another complement in the receiving game Week 1.

A day that began in less than ideal fashion for Hill due to a pregame incident where he was briefly detailed by local police during a traffic stop culminated in a signature performance for the fleet-footed star. Hill led the Dolphins in receptions, receiving yards and targets on the afternoon, a familiar distinction. He also secured his first touchdown of the season on an 80-yard grab late in the third quarter to bring Miami within 17-14 at the time. There aren't expected to be any further legal ramifications for Hill stemming from the police encounter, so he should be available without restrictions again in four days when the Dolphins have an early-season showdown with the division-rival Bills on Thursday night.

  Hill is active for Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Earlier Sunday, the Dolphins announced that Hill was pulled over in his vehicle about one block from Hard Rock Stadium and briefly detained by police before being released. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Hill was cited for reckless driving, but the incident won't prevent the star wideout from suiting up in the Dolphins' season opener. Hill also contended with a thumb injury for much of the second half of August, but that's not expected to be a concern either in Week 1 after he logged full practices Wednesday through Friday.

In a situation seemingly similar to that of professional golfer Scottie Scheffler during this year's PGA Championship, Hill was spotted in handcuffs outside of his home stadium, but it won't stop him from being available for the Week 1 matchup.

Robinson has a three-point projection edge over any other running back in FanDuel projections and Hill has that much over every receiver not named CeeDee Lamb.
