Keep an eye on Tee Higgins (hamstring), and if he's going to play Monday night against Washington then Gesicki goes from a must-start Fantasy option to more of a streamer. But he looked great in Week 2 at Kansas City with seven catches for 91 yards on nine targets. He also had three catches for 18 yards on four targets in Week 1 against New England, and he had a touchdown negated in that game due to a penalty. We'll see what happens with Gesicki when everyone is healthy for Cincinnati, but it appears like he's establishing a nice rapport with Joe Burrow. And this is a solid matchup for him in Week 3 against the Commanders.

The Chiefs linebackers are still trying to chase Gesicki down. He had seven catches for 91 yards in Week 2, and now he gets to face arguably the worst pass defense in the NFL on Monday Night Football. I will be less enthused about starting Gesicki if Tee Higgins is able to return, but I still wouldn't rule it out.

I might put Gesicki as the No. 1 tight end to add for this week if Tee Higgins (hamstring) were to remain out, but it sounds like Higgins can return against Washington. That should lower the upside for Gesicki, who looked great in Week 2 at Kanas City with seven catches for 91 yards on nine targets. He also had three catches for 18 yards on four targets in Week 1 against New England, and he had a touchdown negated in that game due to a penalty. We'll see what happens with Gesicki when everyone is healthy for Cincinnati, but he has top-10 upside for Week 3 if Higgins can't play. Gesicki is worth adding for up to 5 percent of your remaining FAB.

Gesicki hauled in seven of nine targets for 91 yards in Sunday's 26-25 loss to the Chiefs. Gesicki rebounded from a lackluster Week 1 performance to provide faithful managers with a strong receiving line against a tough defensive unit. The newly-signed tight end could wind up being a great fit as an auxiliary option for superstar QB Joe Burrow as this offense continues to progress following a tumultuous offseason. Gesicki remains a mid-range option in fantasy heading into a matchup against the Commanders on Monday Night Football.

Gesicki caught three of his four targets for 18 yards in Sunday's 16-10 loss to the Patriots. Gesicki played the second-most offensive snaps (18) of any Bengals tight end, behind only Drew Sample, who finished the contest with 27 snaps. He did, however, pace the position group in targets. Even so, the fact that the Bengals appear content to take a committee approach at tight end -- Erick All and Tanner Hudson also played 12 and nine snaps, respectively -- will likely limit the fantasy upside of Gesicki and all other members of the position group.
