Nichols (hamstring) was a limited participant at practice Friday and does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's game versus the Steelers, Rachel Gossen of the Raiders' official site reports. Nichols was forced out of Week 2 at Buffalo with a hamstring injury, but he recovered in time to suit up for Week 3. He'll resume a starting role on the defensive line next to Jerry Tillery.

Nichols has exited Sunday's game against the Bills with a hamstring injury. Nichols is questionable to return, which will leave the team short-handed on the interior of the defensive line. Adam Butler and John Jenkins will both have an opportunity for extra snaps while Nichols is off the field.
