Keenan Allen (heel) was out in Week 2 at Houston, and he missed practice Wednesday leading up to Week 3 at the Colts. That should be a boost for Moore, and this matchup against Indianapolis is his best one to date after playing the Titans and Texans in the first two weeks of the season. Moore has 18 targets in two games, but he's only managed 11 catches for 89 yards and is averaging just 10.7 PPR points per game. The Colts are No. 6 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers, and Moore should finally deliver as a No. 2 Fantasy option in all leagues in Week 3.

Moore finished with six receptions on 10 targets for 53 yards in Sunday's 19-13 loss to Houston. Moore continues to be rookie quarterback Caleb Williams' favorite target through two games this season. The volume has helped offset the star wideout's lack of touchdowns as the Bears continue to search for a passing score through eight quarters of action. Moore's production should rise alongside improved play from his rookie signal-caller as Chicago prepares to travel to Indianapolis in Week 3.

Keenan Allen (heel) and Rome Odunze (knee) are both injured, although Allen should play in Week 2 at Houston. If one or both are out then Moore would get a boost in targets, but this is a tough matchup against the Texans. Derek Stingley Jr. should make things tough on Moore, and Houston just limited Michael Pittman Jr. to four catches for 31 yards on eight targets in Week 1. Caleb Williams also struggled for the Bears in Week 1 against Tennessee, and Moore only had five catches for 36 yards on eight targets against the Titans. He's only worth starting in three-receiver leagues.

Moore recorded five receptions on eight targets for 36 tards in Sunday's 24-17 win over the Titans. Moore didn't have a particularly strong stat line, but he showed the best rapport with Caleb Williams of the Bears' pass catchers. He caught each of Williams' three longest completions, which went for gains of 13, 12 and 11 yards. While it was a disappointing start to the season for Chicago's offense, better production can be expected in future weeks, and Moore looks to still be the centerpiece of the wide-receiver unit after his excellent 2023 campaign.

Moore is still worth starting in three-receiver leagues in Week 1, but this Titans defense, especially in the secondary, will look dramatically different compared to last year when Tennessee was No. 6 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers. The Titans got two new starting cornerbacks in L'Jarius Sneed and Chidobe Awuzie and a new starting safety in Quandre Diggs. And new defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson should help as well. Moore should be the top target for Caleb Williams, but it's a crowded receiving corps with the additions of Keenan Allen and Rome Odunze, who will take away targets from Moore. He's not a must-sit Fantasy receiver by any means, but he could struggle given the changes to the Tennessee secondary this season.
