Murray tore apart the Rams' secondary in Sunday's lopsided victory, missing just four pass attempts and committing no turnovers. The 2019 first-overall pick has battled injuries over the past two seasons, but he is now playing with the confidence we saw from the star QB prior to breaking down physically. Murray is shaping up to be a great bounce-back candidate in 2024 with four touchdowns and a 73 percent completion rate through two games. A true barometer awaits for the 26-year-old in Week 3 when the Cardinals host a stingy Lions defense at State Farm Stadium on Sunday.

  Murray didn't have his best game in Week 1 at Buffalo with 16.2 Fantasy points, but there were some positives, including 57 rushing yards. He only passed for 162 yards and a touchdown, but playing the Bills on the road isn't easy. He's back home against the Rams, and I still trust Murray as a must-start quarterback in all leagues. Last year, he scored 22.4 Fantasy points against the Rams in Week 12, and hopefully he can replicate that level of performance this week.

  Murray completed 21 of 31 passes for 162 yards and one touchdown in Sunday's 34-28 loss to the Bills. He also rushed five times for 57 yards and lost a fumble. Murray capped the opening drive with a five-yard touchdown pass to Michael Wilson and helped the Cardinals race out to a 17-3 lead, but Buffalo responded with 21 unanswered points, aided by a Murray fumble. Arizona's dual-threat quarterback then responded with a 29-yard run to set up a field goal on the next drive, but Murray and the Cardinals came up short on their last drive, turning the ball over on downs at Buffalo's 29-yard line in the final minute. Rookie fourth overall pick Marvin Harrison had just four yards in his NFL debut, so Murray will look to get the talented wide receiver more involved in Week 2 against the Rams.

  Murray has the chance for a big season, and it starts this week at Buffalo. I'm excited to see how he performs with Marvin Harrison Jr., and Murray should take advantage of the Bills being without safeties Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer, as well as linebacker Matt Milano (biceps) injured. Last year, Buffalo was No. 10 in most rushing yards allowed to quarterbacks, and Murray could be playing from behind in this matchup. I like Murray as a borderline top-five quarterback this week.

  Murray is going through pregame warmups but isn't in line to play in Saturday's preseason game at Indianapolis, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports. Coach Jonathan Gannon said two weeks ago that Murray won't play at all this preseason. The Cardinals gave some of their younger starters playing time in the preseason opener, including a brief appearance by WR Marvin Harrison, but they might have a different plan for Saturday night.
