Love completed 30 of 41 passes for 288 yards with three touchdowns and one interception and recovered a fumble in the Packers' 27-19 win over the Panthers on Thursday. Love continued his season-long trend of prolific passing yardage totals in the Packers' fifth win of the season, and Thursday's total was accomplished with Christian Watson missing almost a full quarter because of chest and rib injuries. Love connected with Tucker Kraft (12 yards), Matthew Golden (24 yards) and Josh Jacobs (four yards) for his trio of TD passes, a figure that marked a new season high. Love did throw an interception for a third straight game, but it didn't lead to any Panthers points. Love is already up to what is currently a league-high 2,246 passing yards and 16 touchdown passes on the season heading into a Week 9 road showdown against the Patriots on Sunday, Nov. 8.

Even with Josh Jacobs back in Week 7 at Detroit, Love still attempted 45 pass attempts. He only scored 20.9 Fantasy points against the Lions, but he's now scored at least 20 Fantasy points in 21 of 32 career games when he has at least 30 attempts. That gives Love a safe floor since he should be in that range once again in Week 8 against the Panthers, who have allowed two of the past four opposing quarterbacks to score at least 22.5 Fantasy points. I'll continue to trust Love as a top-10 Fantasy quarterback in this matchup.

Love completed 27 of 45 passes for 274 yards, two touchdowns and one interception during Sunday's 20-17 loss in Detroit. Love and the Packers welcomed back top RB Josh Jacobs to the lineup, but season-long woes in the team's running game didn't improve, with the team averaging 3.2 YPC on its 19 carries. Head coach Matt LaFleur thus turned to the air to get the offense moving, and Love spread the ball around liberally, with nine different pass catchers being targeted, and six of those players recording at least two catches. Love now has thrown a touchdown in all seven games this season, including exactly two TDs on six occasions, but he's also sitting on a subpar 59.8 completion percentage on the campaign. He and the offense will attempt to get right Thursday night versus the Panthers.

Love (back) was a full practice participant Thursday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports. Love opened Week 7 prep as limited at Wednesday's walkthrough due to a back injury. Head coach Matt LaFleur told Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on Thursday that Love emerged from this past Sunday's win against the Cowboys with a sore back, which was the result of some big hits that forced the quarterback to visit a chiropractor. Love's upgrade to full has him in the clear ahead of Sunday's visit to the Lions, against whom he tossed six touchdowns and no interceptions in two matchups in 2025.

Love had a solid performance as the Start of the Week in Week 6 against Dallas with 22.2 Fantasy points, and he's now reached that total in three of his past four games. He attempted 41 passes against the Cowboys, and he's now scored at least 20 Fantasy points in 20 of 31 career games when he has at least 30 attempts. Love should be throwing a lot again in Week 7 at Detroit, and the Lions are No. 1 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks. All five quarterbacks this season against Detroit -- Tyler Shough, Josh Allen, Geno Smith, Bryce Young and Jacoby Brissett -- have scored at least 25.5 Fantasy points. Love also averaged 26.9 Fantasy points against the Lions in two games in 2025.
