Hooker finished Sunday's 24-17 loss to the Bears with six tackles (five solo), two passes defended and one forced fumble. Hooker led the Titans in passes defended and solo tackles Sunday, and he tied defensive end Harold Landry and linebacker Kenneth Murray for most combined tackles. Hooker punched the ball out of wide receiver Rome Odunze's hands during the final two minutes of the second quarter, but Bears' left guard Teven Jenkins managed to recover the fumble. Hooker joined Murray and free safety Quandre Diggs as the only three Tennessee defenders to play all 56 defensive snaps.

Hooker (knee) was spotted participating during the Titans' minicamp practice Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports. The 25-year-old safety appeared in Tennessee's first 13 games before sustaining a season-ending knee injury in 2023, but he looks to be back to full health. Hooker logged 85 total tackles, one interception and seven passes defensed in his 13 appearances last season. Now that Hooker has returned to form, he's expected to start alongside Elijah Molden at safety.

The Titans placed Hooker (knee) on injured reserve Friday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports. Hooker seems to have suffered a knee injury at some point within the last week, and he won't return to the field this year after being placed on IR. The 25-year-old had the most productive season of his career in 2023, recording 85 total tackles, seven pass deflections and one interception in 13 games. Terrell Edmunds will likely assume the starting strong safety duties for the remainder of the year.

Hooker recorded 11 tackles (eight solo) Sunday in a 17-10 victory versus Carolina. Hooker's tackle total led the Titans and marked his second double-digit performance of the season. The veteran safety continues to be a near every-down starter for Tennessee and has already hit a new career high with 67 stops on the campaign. Hooker has also recorded one interception and one forced fumble.
