  Okonkwo recorded four receptions on six targets for 33 yards in Sunday's 37-24 loss to the 49ers. Okonkwo served as a reliable target for Cam Ward in the short areas of the field, and he paced the team with his six targets. He managed a few solid gains with his ability to pick up yards after the catch, the longest of which went for 17 yards. While Gunnar Helm is emerging as a key contributor in the Tennessee offense, Okonkwo still has at least four targets in three of his last four games.

Okonkwo was once again relatively quiet in Week 14, recording his lowest catch total since Week 9 while failing to reach the end zone for the 13th game in a row. The tight end has been displaced as the team's top option at his position by rookie Gunnar Helm, greatly limiting his upside from a fantasy perspective. Okonkwo will look to score his first touchdown of the year in Week 15 against the 49ers.

  Okonkwo recorded four receptions on five targets for 29 yards in Sunday's 25-3 loss to the Jaguars. Okonkwo has been out-targeted by rookie tight end Gunnar Helm for the last two weeks, but he's still maintained a key role in the Tennessee offense. Okonkwo led the Titans in receiving yards -- albeit with a modest total -- thanks to a pair of catches on Tennessee's opening drive that went for a combined 22 yards. He now has at least three receptions in three straight games since the team's bye, topping 40 yards on two occasions in that span.

  Okonkwo (foot) is active for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports. Okonkwo has been on the injury report with a foot issue for the past month, but he's rarely entered the weekend with an injury designation. While he was listed as questionable to suit up, Okonkwo is in line to play against Jacksonville. While Gunnar Helm has started to earn more targets, Okonkwo has still been on the field for at least 60 percent of offensive snaps in five consecutive contests.

  Okonkwo (foot), who is officially questionable for Sunday's game against Jacksonville, is expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Okonkwo has been dealing with a foot issue since late October, but it hasn't yet caused him to miss any games. He appears likely to suit up again in Week 13, despite sitting out Thursday's practice and being limited in two others. Okonkwo and fellow tight end Gunnar Helm have logged near-identical offensive snap counts each of the past two weeks, so it wouldn't be surprising for that trend to continue Sunday.
