Stevenson rushed the ball 10 times for 16 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 20-17 overtime loss to the Titans. He added five receptions on five targets for 38 yards and another touchdown. Stevenson comfortably led the Patriots' backfield in touches, though the team ran a pass-heavy offense, which led to limited volume. He couldn't get much going on the ground, though he did manage a one-yard touchdown plunge midway through the third quarter. Stevenson was more effective as a pass catcher, with his biggest contribution coming on a five-yard touchdown reception as time expired to send the game to overtime. Stevenson has been held below 3.0 yards per carry in three consecutive games, though there's been no sign of him losing his role as the lead back.

Stevenson rushed 20 times for 48 yards and two touchdowns while catching all three of his targets for 17 yards in Sunday's 25-22 win over the Jets. He also caught a successful two-point conversion. Stevenson scored a three-yard rushing touchdown in the third quarter, which he set up with a 14-yard catch on the preceding play. He added the game-winning score from one yard out with 22 seconds left in the fourth, with a two-point conversion through the air serving as the cherry on top of Stevenson's second touchdown run. Stevenson's averaging a middling 4.1 yards per carry but has five rushing touchdowns heading into a Week 9 road game against the 1-6 Titans. It remains to be seen if Jacoby Brissett or Drake Maye (concussion) -- who exited in the first half of Sunday's win -- will start at quarterback for the Patriots in Week 9.

Stevenson was terrible in a great matchup in Week 7 at Jacksonville with seven carries for 18 yards and two catches for 7 yards on three targets. He's now scored 8.2 PPR points in three of his past four games, and he was limited to six carries for 23 yards and a fumble in the first game against the Jets in Week 3. The Jets have struggled with Ray Davis and Najee Harris in the past two games, but they are still No. 10 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs. I would only use Stevenson as a flex option in Week 8.

Stevenson (foot/personal) practiced fully Thursday. Stevenson didn't practice Wednesday, but his return to a full session Thursday paves the way for him to continue to lead New England's backfield Sunday against the Jets. In his return from a one-game absence in last weekend's 32-16 loss to the Jaguars, Stevenson carried seven times for 18 yards and added two catches on three targets for seven yards. Now that he's further removed from the foot issue that sidelined him, Stevenson could see his touches increase this weekend, with the Patriots likely to run more than they did Week 7 (15 times).

Stevenson rushed the ball seven times for 18 yards in Sunday's 32-16 loss to the Jaguars. He added two receptions on three targets for seven yards. Stevenson returned from a one-game absence to lead the New England backfield as a rusher, though both his volume and effectiveness were muted -- the latter of which was caused by game script. Most concerning was JaMycal Hasty's involvement as a pass catcher, which cut into Stevenson's overall role in the offense. Stevenson should be more productive moving forward due to the improved performance of the New England offense, but he has now been held under 50 rushing yards in three of his last four games.
