    Spencer Shrader is in line to assume kicking duties for the Indianapolis Colts in Week 1 against the Texans after Matt Gay (hernia) was declared inactive.Shrader was called up from the practice squad Saturday, and the rookie out of Notre Dame will now make his NFL debut. During his fifth collegiate season with the Irish, Shrader converted on 15 of 22 field-goal attempts and 61 of 62 extra points.
