  • Graham Gano K | NYG

Giants' Graham Gano: Makes both field goals Week 13

Gano converted both of his field-goal attempts and both of his extra-point tries in Thursday's loss to Dallas.

Gano's field goals came from 46 and 47 yards out. It was the first time the veteran kicker has made multiple field goals in a game since Week 1. Gano missed seven contests earlier this season due to a hamstring injury, but he appears to be back to full health. However, the tepid state of New York's offense makes Gano a shaky option in fantasy leagues.

  • Dolphins' Jason Sanders: Converts lone field-goal try

Sanders converted his only field-goal attempt in Thursday's 30-17 loss to the Packers.

Sanders wasn't allotted many scoring opportunities during Thursday's loss, in which Miami succumbed to an early deficit and had to aggressively pursue touchdowns in an ultimately failed comeback attempt. A home matchup against the Jets in Week 14 should allow the Dolphins' offense to return to a more normal game script. Thursday's loss represents just the second time in 12 appearances this season that Sanders has logged less than two field-goal tries.

  • Younghoe Koo K | NYJ

Falcons' Younghoe Koo: Expected to play

Koo (hip) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chargers but is expected to play, Will McFadden of atlantafalcons.com reports.

The Falcons signed Riley Patterson to their practice squad this week, but it now appears he won't be needed after Koo managed full practice participation Friday. Falcons coach Raheem Morris suggested Friday that Koo is likely to play.

  • Riley Patterson: Joins Falcons practice squad

Patterson signed with Atlanta's practice squad Friday, D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Patterson offers the Falcons insurance ahead of Sunday's game against the Chargers after kicker Younghoe Koo popped up on the injury report Thursday with a hip injury that limited Koo's practice participation. Atlanta released safety Dane Cruikshank from the practice squad in a corresponding move. Patterson would be elevated to the active roster ahead of Sunday's game if Koo is unable to play.

  • Jake Bates K | DET

Lions' Jake Bates: Hits three field goals in win

Bates went 3-for-4 on field-goal attempts while making two PATs in Thursday's 23-20 win over the Bears.

Bates was able to make multiple field goals for the first time in three weeks, connecting from 30, 36 and 48 yards in the contest. The kicker did notch his first missed field goal of the year in the fourth quarter, pushing the ball wide right from 45 yards out. Bates is now 19-for-20 on field-goal tries and 44-for-45 on extra-point attempts in 2024.

  • Cairo Santos K | CHI

Bears' Cairo Santos: Score two points in loss

Santos did not attempt a field goal in the Bears' 23-20 loss to the Lions on Thursday.

The Bears were driving late in the fourth quarter for a potential game-tying field goal, but Caleb Williams took a sack and then wasted the final 32 seconds. As a result, the only action Santos had was a pair of extra-point attempts. On the season, the kicker has posted more than seven points twice, and he remains a low-floor fantasy option.

  • Younghoe Koo K | NYJ

Falcons' Younghoe Koo: Working through hip issue

Koo (hip) was listed as a limited participant on Thursday's injury report, Daniel Flick of SI.com reports.

Koo wasn't on Wednesday's injury report, indicating that the hip issue is a new one. The Falcons do not currently have a placekicker on the practice squad, but if one is signed, that would indicate that Koo is in danger of missing Sunday's game against the Chargers.

  • Chiefs' Matthew Wright: Taking over kicking duties Friday

Wright was elevated from the Chiefs' practice squad Thursday ahead of Friday's matchup against Las Vegas.

Wright will kick for Kansas City on Friday, as Spencer Shrader has been ruled out due to a hamstring injury. It will be the second game Wright has kicked in this season -- he was San Francisco's kicker in Week 6 against Seattle and converted all three of his field-goal attempts and all three of his extra-point tries but hurt his shoulder and back and subsequently landed on IR. Wright has kicked for five teams in his NFL career, and this will be his second stint as a member of the Chiefs.

  • Chiefs' Spencer Shrader: Ruled out for Friday

Shrader (hamstring) has been ruled out for Friday's Week 13 matchup against Las Vegas.

Shrader wasn't able to practice at all this week due to a hamstring injury that occurred during a private workout Monday. The rookie took over kicking duties from the injured Harrison Butker (knee) for Kansas City in Week 11 and converted all three of his field-goal tries and all six of his extra-point attempts over two contests. With Shrader ruled out Friday, Kansas City elevated Matthew Wright from its practice squad to kick against the Raiders.

  • Chiefs' Spencer Shrader: Sidelined for practice

    Shrader (hamstring) didn't practice Wednesday.

Shrader has now logged consecutive absences to begin Week 13 prep after injuring his hamstring in a private workout Monday, so he looks to be trending toward missing Friday's matchup against the Raiders. The Notre Dame product has performed well while filling in for the injured Harrison Butker (knee) over the last two games, converting all three of his field-goal attempts and all six of his extra-point tries. Kansas City added Matthew Wright to its practice squad Tuesday, so he's expected to assume the Chiefs' kicking duties if Shrader is held out Week 13.
