Daniel Carlson K | LV
Raiders' Daniel Carlson: Records another DNP
Carlson (groin) missed Friday's practice, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.
The 28-year-old recorded his second consecutive DNP on Friday, and it now seems as if he's trending in the wrong direction to play Monday night. Carlson has appeared in 77 consecutive games for the Raiders since 2019, converting on 88 percent of his field-goal attempts during that stretch.

Harrison Butker K | KC
Chiefs' Harrison Butker: Will suit up at Denver
Butker (illness) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at the Broncos.
As expected, Butker will be ready to go for the Week 8 matchup despite missing Thursday's practice with an illness. He hasn't missed a kick this year, but he'll likely be kicking in freezing conditions Sunday, dampening his fantasy outlook somewhat.

Lucas Havrisik K | GB
Rams' Lucas Havrisik: Set to kick Sunday
Head coach Sean McVay confirmed Friday that Havrisik will be the Rams' kicker this Sunday in Dallas, Stu Jackson of the team's official website reports.
The job carries some fantasy appeal given that the Rams have mostly been able to move the ball this season but have then struggled to punch it into the end zone for six points. Brett Maher was unable to take full advantage of the role due to struggles with accuracy, but Havrisik could have more luck if the team context stays similar. He's best left on the waiver wire in most leagues Week 8, considering the Rams are playing on the road against a top defense coming out of a bye week.

Tyler Bass K | BUF
Bills' Tyler Bass: Pitches in with six points
Bass converted his only field-goal attempt and hit all three extra-point tries in Thursday's 24-18 win over Tampa Bay.
The promising sign is that the Bills moved the ball better than they have in weeks, but they keep falling just short of Bass's comfort zone. Consequently, they had plenty of success pinning the Buccaneers deep on punts Thursday. Bass looked smooth on all four kicks after missing three field-goal tries over the last two games and posted his largest point total since Week 4, so perhaps he's back on track as the Bills prepare for a Week 9 game in Cincinnati.

Harrison Butker K | KC
Chiefs' Harrison Butker: Working at practice Friday
Butker (illness) took part in Friday's practice, Pete Sweeney of 610 Sports KC reports.
Butker appears to be trending in the right direction for Sunday's game at Denver after he sat out of practice Thursday due to an illness. Kansas City will issue its final Week 8 injury report later Friday, when it will be known whether Butker enters the weekend with a designation.

Daniel Carlson K | LV
Raiders' Daniel Carlson: Misses practice Thursday
Carlson didn't practice Thursday due to a groin injury, Rachel Gossen of the Raiders' official site reports.
Carlson now has two more chances to practice ahead of Monday night's game against the Lions. If, however, he's unavailable for the contest, James McCourt is a candidate to be elevated from the Raiders' practice squad in advance of Week 8 action. "We'll just see how Daniel is feeling as we go through the week and make the right decision at the end of the week here based on how that's going, whether we need to do something else in terms of elevate [McCourt] and all the rest of it," coach Josh McDaniels noted of the Raiders' current kicking situation.

Graham Gano K | NYG
Giants' Graham Gano: Practices Thursday
Gano (knee) was a full participant in practice Thursday after participating on a limited basis Wednesday, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
It's a good sign that the kicker is on track to play for the eighth time in as many games this season Sunday against the Jets. Gano has made all seven extra-point attempts and 10 of 14 field goals in 2023.

Harrison Butker K | KC
Chiefs' Harrison Butker: Not practicing Thursday
Butker (illness) won't practice Thursday, Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com reports.
While Butker will miss Thursday's session, special teams coordinator Dave Toub expects the kicker to be available Sunday against the Broncos. Friday's injury report will clarify whether Butker approaches the contest with a designation or cleared for Week 8 action.

Greg Joseph K | LV
Vikings' Greg Joseph: Misses two kicks
Joseph missed one of his four field-goal attempts and one of his two extra-point tries in Monday night's 22-17 win over the 49ers.
Joseph converted field goals from 21, 20 and 54 yards prior to sending a 50-yarder wide right late in the fourth quarter. Although he also misfired on a PAT, the Vikings still managed to pull out a surprise victory. Through seven games, Joseph has now made 25 of 29 total attempts, registering 43 points.

Jake Elliott K | PHI
Eagles' Jake Elliott: Converts all kicks
Elliott made his only field-goal attempt and all four of his extra-point tries in Sunday night's 31-17 win over the Dolphns.
Elliott converted from 24 yards on his lone field goal. Through seven games, he sports 68 points, currently leading all kickers in scoring.
