  • Jake Elliott K | PHI

Eagles' Jake Elliott: Returns with season-long kick

Elliott made both of his field-goal attempts and both of his extra-point tries in Sunday's win over the Cowboys.

Elliott showed no ill effects of the ankle injury that sent him to the sidelines in Week 5, converting all of his kicks. His 51-yard field goal in the middle of the second quarter was his longest kick of the year. The Eagles' success in finding the end zone has meant they haven't needed to call his number too frequently this season, however, as he's still yet to attempt more than two field goals in a game.

  • Matt Prater K | BUF

Cardinals' Matt Prater: Chance to play Week 7

Cardinals coach Kliff Kingsbury said Monday that Prater (hip) was not ruled out for Thursday's game versus the Saints, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

Prater did not participate in Monday's estimated practice after sitting out Arizona's last two games with right hip soreness. However, the 38-year-old may be nearing a return in Week 7, as the Cardinals also cut fill-in kicker Matt Ammendola on Monday. Prater made all 10 of his kicking attempts through the first four games of the season, though he did not attempt a field goal until Week 3. Now, with DeAndre Hopkins set to return from suspension and with the trade acquisition of Robbie Anderson, Prater could see more scoring opportunities in Arizona's offense moving forward.

    Cardinals' Matt Prater: Logs DNP

Prater (hip) was a non-participant on the Cardinals' estimated practice report Monday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Prater has missed the last two weeks due to the injury, and although he was an estimated DNP, the team cut Matt Ammendola on Monday, who had been his replacement during his pair of absences. Therefore, it seems the Cardinals believe Prater will be available Thursday when they host the Saints, especially since they haven't signed another kicker yet.

  • Nick Folk K | ATL

Patriots' Nick Folk: Eight points in Week 6

Folk, who made one of his two field-goal attempts in Sunday's 38-15 win over the Browns, recorded eight points in the contest.

Prior to his fourth-quarter miss from 45 yards, Folk had extended his NFL record to 64 straight field goals made under 50 yards with a 19-yard effort in the first quarter. Six games into the season, the veteran kicker has recorded 45 points, and with his team's offense clicking of late, Folk profiles as a decent Week 7 fantasy option against the Bears next Monday.

  • Steelers' Chris Boswell: Perfect against Buccaneers

Boswell converted both of his field-goal attempts while making both of his extra-point tries during Sunday's 20-18 win over Tampa Bay.

After missing two kicks during last week's loss in windy Buffalo, Boswell was perfect against the Buccaneers to help lead the Steelers to the narrow victory. The 31-year-old has had plenty of work from 50-plus yards to begin the season but has made just 73.3 percent of his total field-goal attempts over the first six weeks of the campaign.

  • Dolphins' Jason Sanders: Another long miss

Sanders converted one of two field-goal tries and his sole extra-point attempt during Sunday's 24-16 loss to the Vikings.

Sanders has now missed from 50-plus yards out in three straight weeks, all of which have been contests that saw Miami's offense struggle due to in-game quarterback injuries. The team should have Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) back under center versus the Steelers in Week 7, so there's optimism that the offense gets right, giving Sanders more stable opportunities.

  • Brett Maher K | LAR

Cowboys' Brett Maher: Misses FG in Sunday's loss

Maher connected on both his extra points and one of two field-goal attempts during Sunday's 26-17 loss to the Eagles.

The fourth-quarter miss from 59 yards out had the distance but drifted wide right, and it would have brought the Cowboys to within one score with a little over a minute left in the game. Maher has missed only three kicks -- two of 16 field goals and one of nine PATs -- through six games, and he could see a spike in opportunities in Week 7 against the Lions if Dak Prescott (thumb) is able to return to action.

  • Matt Gay K | LV

Rams' Matt Gay: Perfect performance in win

Gay made a 21-yard field goal and went 3-for-3 on extra-point attempts in Sunday's 24-10 win against the Panthers.

Gay's second quarter chip shot was his sixth field-goal attempt of under 30 yards on the season. The veteran kicker has made just nine field goals and 11 extra points thus far, disappointing numbers for one of the more reliable fantasy kicking options from the 2021 campaign. The Rams offense did seem to find a rhythm against the Panthers that had been lacking in weeks past, however, and with the team going on bye in Week 7, Gay may find himself with more positive game scripts to produce when the team returns in Week 8 for a home game against San Francisco.

  • Jaguars' Riley Patterson: Three PATs in loss

Patterson did not attempt a field goal while going 3-for-3 on PATs in Sunday's 34-27 loss to the Colts.

Patterson went without a field-goal try for the second time in three games Sunday, making all three of his extra-point attempts in the contest. The kicker has gone 9-for-10 on field goals this season while converting all 13 of his PAT opportunities through six games.

  • Bengals' Evan McPherson: Makes 52-yarder in win

McPherson made a 52-yard field goal while going 3-for-3 on PATs in the Bengals' Week 6 win over the Saints.

McPherson was once again limited to just one field-goal attempt Sunday, nailing a 52-yarder late in the fourth quarter. The 23-year-old made all three of his extra-point attempts in the contest as well, and he has now made 11 consecutive PATs. On the season, McPherson has gone 11-for-13 on field goals while going 4-for-4 from 50-plus yards and converting 11 out of 12 extra-point tries.
