Tyler Bass K | BUF
Bills' Tyler Bass: Hits both field goals vs. Houston
Bass converted both of his field-goal attempts and made both of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 23-20 loss to the Texans.
Bass got the Bills on the board in the first quarter with a 38-yard field-goal make. He had to wait until the second half to kick again, with both of his extra-point tries coming in the third quarter before capping off his day with a 33-yard field goal late in the fourth quarter. Through the first five games of the regular season, Bass has gone 8-for-10 on field-goal attempts and 16-for-17 on extra-point tries. The Bills will wrap up their three-game road trip against the Jets on Monday Night Football.

Will Reichard K | MIN
Vikings' Will Reichard: Strong performance in London
Reichard made both of his extra-point tries and all three field-goal attempts in Sunday's 23-17 win over the Jets.
Reichard opened the scoring with a 54-yard field goal on the Vikings' open possession. He then received two more FGA opportunities in the fourth quarter to close out the scoring, making from 53 and then from 41 yards out. The rookie kicker is now 9-for-9 on the season when attempting field goals, including 3-for-3 from 50-plus yards.

Chad Ryland K | ARI
Cardinals' Chad Ryland: Set for kicking duties
Ryland will be the Cardinals' kicker against the 49ers on Sunday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.
Ryland was elevated from the practice squad Saturday due to Matt Prater's (knee) availability being in question for Week 5. With Prater ultimately being inactive, the Maryland product will get the opportunity to handle kicking duties. Ryland was selected in the fourth round of the 2023 NFL Draft by the Patriots but ultimately struggled in his rookie campaign, making just 64 percent of his FGAs before getting cut by New England in August.

Matt Prater K | ARI
Cardinals' Matt Prater: Not kicking Sunday
Prater (knee) is inactive Sunday against the 49ers.
Prater logged a limited practice Friday after back-to-back DNPs, but the veteran kicker isn't healthy enough to take the field in Week 5. Instead, the Cardinals will hand those duties over to Chad Ryland who was elevated from the practice squad Saturday.

Chad Ryland K | ARI
Cardinals' Chad Ryland: Elevated ahead of Week 5
The Cardinals elevated Ryland from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Ryland was signed to the Cardinals' practice squad Tuesday to provide insurance in case Matt Prater (knee) is unable to play Sunday against the 49ers. Prater was able to practice Friday as a limited participant, but if his knee injury prevents him from suiting up Sunday, Ryland will serve as the Cardinals' kicker. Ryland went 16-for-25 on field-goal attempts and connected on 24 of 25 extra-point tries with the Patriots in 2023.

Matt Prater K | ARI
Cardinals' Matt Prater: Questionable heading into weekend
Prater (knee) has been deemed questionable for Sunday's game at San Francisco, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
A left knee issue kept Prater out of practice both Wednesday and Thursday, but he was able to return to a limited session Friday. Head coach Jonathan Gannon said before Friday's practice that the veteran kicker is "doing pretty good," per Howard Balzer of USA Today, but it's not yet clear if Prater will be able to suit up Sunday. If he isn't healthy enough to play, Chad Ryland will likely be brought in from the practice squad to kick Sunday.

Blake Grupe K | NO
Saints' Blake Grupe: Logs full practice Friday
Grupe (right hip) practiced in full Friday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Considering Grupe followed up Thursday's absence with no practice limitations at all one day later, the DNP likely was for maintenance purposes. He's now set to handle place-kicking duties for the Saints on Monday at Kansas City, which so far has amounted to 8-for-8 on field-goal attempts and 13-for-14 on point-after tries through four games.

Matt Prater K | ARI
Cardinals' Matt Prater: No practice again Thursday
Prater (left knee) was a non-participant at Thursday's practice, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Prater thus has just one more session to prove the health of his left knee this week before Arizona potentially makes a ruling on his status for Sunday's game in San Francisco. If Prater isn't able to perform his usual place-kicking duties this weekend, the team likely will elevate Chad Ryland from the practice squad, which will need to happen by Saturday's 4:00 p.m. ET deadline to do so.

Blake Grupe K | NO
Saints' Blake Grupe: Sits out practice Thursday
Grupe was held out of Thursday's practice due to a right hip injury.
Grupe ranks fifth among NFL kickers with at least three appearances at 9.3 points per game, which is powered by 8-for-8 on field-goal attempts and 13 of 14 point-after tries. He now has a health concern in tow, though, leaving his status up in the air ahead of Monday's game in Kansas City. The Saints have a kicker in Charlie Smyth on the practice squad, so there's a contingency plan in place in the event Grupe isn't able to suit up Week 5.

Matt Prater K | ARI
Cardinals' Matt Prater: Dealing with knee injury
Prater didn't practice Wednesday due to a left knee injury, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
The Cardinals haven't had any kickers in Arizona for tryouts or visits this week, but they did sign Chad Ryland to the practice squad Wednesday. Prater's ability to mix into some drills Thursday and/or Friday likely will be key for his odds to play Sunday in San Francisco.
