  • Nick Folk K | ATL

Patriots' Nick Folk: Active for Week 15

Folk (knee) is listed as active for Saturday night's game against the Colts.

Folk has been a mainstay on the injury report most of the season, but the veteran kicker has yet to miss a game. In the process, he has racked up a fantasy-friendly 128 points through 13 outings while working behind a 9-4 New England squad that has reeled off seven straight wins.

  • Jake Elliott K | PHI

Eagles' Jake Elliott: Eagles-Washington moved to Tuesday

Elliott and the Eagles will no longer play Washington on Sunday, after the NFL officially rescheduled the matchup between the two teams for Tuesday at 7 p.m. ET.

Due to ongoing COVID-19-related issues within Washington's organization, the NFL is hopeful that by delaying the game two days, the Football Team will restore enough players from the reserve/COVID-19 list to alleviate depth concerns on the roster.

  • Raiders' Daniel Carlson: Raiders-Browns moved to Monday

Carlson and the Raiders will no longer play the Browns on Saturday, after the NFL officially rescheduled the matchup between the two teams for Monday at 5 p.m. ET.

Due to ongoing COVID-19-related issues within the Cleveland organization, the NFL is hopeful that by delaying the game two days, the Browns will restore enough players from the reserve/COVID-19 list to alleviate depth concerns on the roster. Assuming the Week 15 game is played Monday as planned, Carlson and Las Vegas will face a quick turnaround for the team's Week 16 contest versus the Broncos, which is still expected to be played Sunday, Dec. 26 as scheduled.

  • Browns' Chase McLaughlin: Browns-Raiders moved to Monday

McLaughlin and the Browns will no longer play the Raiders on Saturday, after the NFL officially rescheduled the matchup between the two teams for Monday at 5 p.m. ET.

Due to ongoing COVID-19-related issues within the Cleveland organization, the NFL is hopeful that by delaying the game two days, the Browns will restore enough players from the reserve/COVID-19 list to alleviate depth concerns on the roster.

  • Jason Myers K | SEA

Seahawks' Jason Myers: Seahawks-Rams moved to Tuesday

Myers and the Seahawks will no longer play the Rams on Sunday, after the NFL officially rescheduled the matchup between the two teams for Tuesday at 7 p.m. ET.

Due to ongoing COVID-19-related issues within the Rams organization, the NFL is hopeful that by delaying the game two days, Los Angeles will be able to restore enough players from the reserve/COVID-19 list to alleviate depth concerns on the roster. After Tuesday's game, the Seahawks will face a quick turnaround for Week 16 with a Sunday matchup versus the Bears on Dec. 26.

  • Chargers' Dustin Hopkins: Another perfect week

Hopkins made all four extra-point attempts during Thursday's 34-28 overtime loss against the Chiefs.

Thursday marked Hopkins' second game of the season without a field-goal attempt. The 31-year-old kicker made all four of his extra-point opportunities, but Los Angeles elected to attempt multiple fourth-down conversions despite being well within field-goal range. Although Hopkins didn't receive any field-goal opportunities this week, the Chargers will face a struggling Texans defense in Week 16, which could make for a high-scoring outing for Hopkins.

  • Matt Gay K | LV

Rams' Matt Gay: Rams-Seahawks moved to Tuesday

Gay and the Rams will no longer play the Seahawks on Sunday, after the NFL officially rescheduled the matchup between the two teams for Tuesday at 7 p.m. ET.

Due to ongoing COVID-19-related issues within the Rams organization, the NFL is hopeful that by delaying the game two days, Los Angeles will be able to restore enough players from the reserve/COVID-19 list to alleviate depth concerns on the roster. After Tuesday's game, the Rams will face a quick turnaround for Week 16 with a Sunday game in Minnesota on Dec. 26.

  • Nick Folk K | ATL

Patriots' Nick Folk: Receives questionable tag

Folk (knee) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game at Indianapolis.

Folk has been a regular on the injury report this season, so it's not much of a surprise to see him take a designation into the weekend. The 37-year-old has yet to miss a game, and there's nothing yet to indicate that will change versus the Colts.

  • Graham Gano K | NYG

Giants' Graham Gano: Back at practice

Gano (illness) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

A non-COVID-19-related ailment kept Gano away from the facility Wednesday, but the veteran kicker continued to test negative for the virus and was able to get back on the field a day later. Gano has been one of the top players at his position in 2021, converting 25 of 29 field-goal attempts, with three of his misfires coming from at least 50 yards.

  • Graham Gano K | NYG

Giants' Graham Gano: Absent from practice

Gano didn't participate in Wednesday's walk-through practice due to a non-COVID-19-related illness, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Given the league-wide surge in players testing positive for COVID-19, Gano's absence from practice due to an illness creates some level of concern, but the veteran kicker apparently hasn't contracted the virus at this stage. So long as he continues to test negative and returns to practice by Friday, Gano should be in good shape to play Sunday against the Cowboys.
