Deshaun Watson QB | CLE
Texans' Deshaun Watson: Throws four TDs in OT loss
Watson completed 28 of 37 passes for 335 yards and four touchdowns in Sunday's 42-36 overtime loss to the Titans. He also rushed four times for 26 yards.
Watson kept his team in the game with a one-yard touchdown to Darren Fells on fourth down to cut the deficit to 14-7 in the second quarter. That play loomed large after the Houston offense turned it on in the second half, with Watson adding touchdowns to Randall Cobb (four yards), Will Fuller (53 yards) and Brandin Cooks (one yard). Unfortunately for the Texans, Tennessee tied the game up with four seconds left in regulation, then won the coin toss in overtime and ended the game before Watson could touch the ball again. Watson got off to a slow start, with a 4:3 TD:INT and no 300-yard passing games in the first three weeks, but he has bounced back with three consecutive 300-yard passing performances and a 9:2 TD:INT in the past three games heading into a Week 7 date with the Packers.

Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Titans' Ryan Tannehill: Four TDs in wild OT win
Tannehill completed 30 of 41 passes for 364 yards, four touchdowns and an interception in Sunday's 42-36 overtime win over the Texans. He also threw a successful two-point conversion and lost a fumble.
Tannehill tossed a trio of first-half touchdowns, finding Anthony Firkser from seven yards out, A.J. Brown from six and Adam Humphries from 22. The offense ran primarily through Derrick Henry after that point, but Tannehill came up clutch when he needed to. The quarterback put his team up by six in the fourth quarter with a two-point conversion following a 94-yard Henry touchdown run, then found Brown for a seven-yard touchdown to force overtime with four seconds left in regulation. Tannehill's thriving despite Tennessee's heavy reliance on the run, with a 13:2 TD:INT through five games heading into a high-profile Week 7 showdown with the Steelers.

Daniel Jones QB | IND
Giants' Daniel Jones: Modest numbers in win
Jones completed 12 of 19 passes for 112 yards with one touchdown and one interception in the Giants' 20-19 win over the Washington Football Team on Sunday. He also rushed seven times for 74 yards.
Jones' final numbers tell the tale of yet another underwhelming performance for the Giants' air attack, but the second-year quarterback was at least able to keep his mistakes to a minimum and also took just one sack. Jones' one touchdown pass came on an impressive throw in the left corner of the end zone to Darius Slayton, a 23-yard scoring toss that extended New York's lead to two possessions late in the first quarter. That and a 49-yard run served as the highlights of the afternoon for Jones, however, who's disappointed fantasy managers by not coming close to eclipsing the 279-yard effort he mustered in Week 1 against the Steelers. Jones will look to give a significant boost to his forgettable 2:5 TD:INT on the season at the expense of the Eagles in a Thursday night Week 7 matchup.

Baker Mayfield QB | TB
Browns' Baker Mayfield: Early exit against Steelers
Mayfield was forced to exit the team's Week 6 loss to the Steelers with a rib injury, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports. Prior to his exit, Mayfield completed 10 of 18 pass attempts for 119 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.
Mayfield injured his ribs in the Browns' win over the Colts in Week 5. Although X-rays came back negative on the injury, he was limited in practice throughout the week. Varying reports emerged leading up to the Week 6 matchup regarding limiting his reps and altering the offensive game plan to get the ball out of his hands quickly. Even so, Mayfield was sacked four times and hit several times more prior to being pulled late in the third quarter. There is presently no clarity regarding Mayfield's status for the Browns' Week 7 matchup against the Bengals.

Kyle Allen QB | BUF
Football Team's Kyle Allen: Nearly leads comeback
Allen (arm) completed 31 of 42 passes for 280 yards with two touchdowns and one interception in the Washington Football Team's 20-19 loss to the Giants on Sunday. He also rushed twice for eight yards and lost a fumble that was returned for a touchdown.
With his team down 10-0 after one quarter, Allen went to work, helping close the gap to 13-10 by halftime with a pair of 70-yard scoring drives, the second of which he closed with a pretty touch pass to Logan Thomas in the back left corner of the end zone. Allen would then spearhead a third 70-yard march that straddled the closing minute of the third quarter and the first 6:04 of the final period, ultimately culminating in a game-tying field goal. After committing a crucial fumble that was returned for a touchdown with 3:29 remaining, Allen bounced back in impressive fashion by capping a 75-yard drive with another nifty scoring toss in the left corner of the opposite end zone to Cam Sims with 36 seconds left. However, he wasn't able to convert the subsequent two-point conversion pass attempt, short-circuiting the comeback. Outside of the costly miscue, Allen certainly acquitted himself well from both a real-world and fantasy perspective, leaving him poised to remain in the starting role for a Week 7 divisional battle versus the Cowboys.

Drew Lock QB | SEA
Broncos' Drew Lock: Struggles in victorious return
Lock (shoulder) completed 10 of 24 passes for 189 yards and two interceptions in Sunday's 18-12 win over the Patriots. He also registered five rushing attempts for minus-1 yard.
Lock found Tim Patrick for a 41-yard gain on his first pass, but things only went downhill from there. He failed to lead the offense into the end zone, settling for six field goals, and Lock's fourth-quarter miscues almost cost his team the game. Denver's final three offensive plays before Lock kneeled out the clock in the final minute were a Lock fumble that he managed to recover followed by back-to-back interceptions. The defense bailed him out and led Denver to its second win, but Lock will need to step things up substantially to give his team a chance against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs in Week 7.

Baker Mayfield QB | TB
Browns' Baker Mayfield: Altered game plan
The Browns will alter their game plan to protect Mayfield (chest) by having him get the ball out of his hands quicker, Fox's Jay Glazer reported on their Sunday morning pregame show.
This was already a difficult matchup for Mayfield, but the injury combined with this game-plan change makes it even more difficult to start him comfortably.

Trace McSorley QB | WAS
Ravens' Trace McSorley: Inactive for Sunday
McSorley (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game versus the Eagles.
McSorley has yet to suit up for a game this season, as he's the clear No. 3 quarterback behind Lamar Jackson and Robert Griffin. He likely won't make an appearance unless Jackson or Griffin get hurt.

Jarrett Stidham QB | DEN
Patriots' Jarrett Stidham: Backing up Newton on Sunday
Stidham is slated to back up Cam Newton in Sunday's game against the Broncos, Erik Scalavino of the Patriots' official site reports.
The team made veteran QB Brian Hoyer inactive Sunday, which confirms that Stidham is viewed as the team's top backup signal caller now that Newton is back in action following a one-game absence.
