  • Derek Carr QB | NO

Raiders' Derek Carr: Falls flat against Chiefs

Carr completed 20 of 30 passes for 222 yards and a touchdown with two interceptions in Sunday's 40-9 loss to the Chiefs.

One of the two picks was returned for a TD by Juan Thornhill, so Carr produced as many points for the opposition as he did for his own team. After a strong start to the season, the 28-year-old QB has a 3:4 TD:INT over the last four games, failing to top 230 passing yards in three of them, and his regression has cost the Raiders a chance to claim the top spot in the AFC West. Carr will try to turn things around in Week 14 against the Titans, in a game that could also end up having playoff implications.

  • Drew Lock QB | SEA

Broncos' Drew Lock: Throws two TDs in debut

Lock completed 18 of 28 pass attempts for 134 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception Sunday against the Chargers. He also carried three times for 15 yards in the 23-20 win.

Making his first NFL start, Lock struggled to the tune of 4.8 yards per attempt while completing just one pass longer than 11 yards. He encouragingly showed a strong rapport with top wideout Courtland Sutton, with whom he connected for a pair of touchdowns in the first quarter. Lock also used his mobility to gain a couple of first downs, and, aside from an interception in the third quarter, generally took care of the ball. After a somewhat successful debut, Lock should start again next Sunday in a more favorable matchup against the Texans.

  • Jared Goff QB | DET

Rams' Jared Goff: Turns in vintage performance

Goff completed 32 of his 43 pass attempts for 424 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in the team's Week 13 win over the Cardinals.

The Rams prioritized getting Goff on track early, as he had 31 pass attempts and 323 passing yards through the first two quarters. Though his volume was limited thereafter due to game context, Goff put together his most accurate performance of the season, completing 74 percent of his passes while averaging 9.9 yards per attempt. He also posted his first multi-touchdown game since Week 8 against Cincinnati. Though this was a positive matchup that Goff should have capitalized on, he should be in position to put together another strong performance in Week 14 against Seattle.

  • Colts' Jacoby Brissett: Tops 300 yards

Brissett completed 25 of his 40 pass attempts for 319 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in the team's Week 13 loss to the Titans.

Brissett opened the game on a positive note, completing his first five passes, highlighted by a 21-yard touchdown toss to Jack Doyle. That efficiency continued for much of the first half, as he was 10-for-14 with 132 yards and a touchdown through two quarters. However, he threw two key interceptions in the second half, which directly led to 10 points for the Titans. Despite the mistakes, Brissett averaged 8.0 yards per attempt for the first time in his last three contests and also surpassed 300 passing yards for the first time since Week 3. He'll have another chance to lead the team to a win in Week 14 in a positive matchup against the Buccaneers.

  • Kyler Murray QB | MIN

Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Rough day against Rams

Murray completed 19 of 34 passes for 163 yards and an interception while adding 28 rushing yards and a touchdown on four carries in Sunday's 34-7 loss to the Rams.

The rookie QB couldn't get anything going through the air in large part due to the Rams' pass rush, which was able to sack Murray six times. He did salvage his day from a personal standpoint with his fourth rushing TD of the year, however, Murray will need better protection if he's going to rebound in Week 14 when the Cardinals host the Steelers.

  • Kyle Allen QB | BUF

Panthers' Kyle Allen: Accounts for three TDs vs. Redskins

Allen completed 27 of 46 pass attempts for 278 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception Sunday against the Redskins. He also carried four times for 22 yards and another touchdown in the 29-21 loss.

Allen completed touchdown passes to D.J. Moore and Curtis Samuel while adding his first rushing score -- a 17-yard effort -- in the fourth quarter. The rookie's yardage total was his third best of the season, and he's now averaging 291.5 yards per game over the last four. In two games since his dismal effort against the Falcons a couple of weeks ago, Allen has accounted for six total touchdowns with one interception. He'll look to build on his recent success next Sunday against the Falcons.

  • Browns' Baker Mayfield: Turns it over twice in loss

Mayfield completed 18 of 32 passes for 196 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Sunday's 20-13 loss to the Steelers. He added two rushing yards and lost a fumble.

Mayfield injured his throwing hand during the first half and came back out for the third quarter wearing a glove. That hand appeared to have created an issue late in the third quarter with the Browns at midfield down by a score. Mayfield was scrambling around and going down for a sack when he had the ball stripped. The Steelers responded with a field goal to go ahead by two scores and the Browns never came back. Mayfield has improved from his earlyseason struggles and has accounted for multiple touchdowns in three of his last four games, but he's mustered under 200 yards in two of his last three contests. He's a low-risk, relatively low-reward option, which is not what you would expect with the kind of weapons they have in Cleveland. Next up is a Bengals squad that ranks in the bottom five of the league in opponent passer rating, but that is fresh off its first win of the year.

  • Sam Darnold QB | SEA

Jets' Sam Darnold: Momentum stunted in loss

Darnold completed 28 of 48 passes for 239 yards without a touchdown or turnover in Sunday's 22-6 loss to Cincinnati. He added nine yards on two rushing attempts.

Darnold played better than his numbers showed, but the Jets were plagued by key drops throughout this one, including one by Robby Anderson in the end zone. Nonetheless, this is a major letdown for the second-year quarterback after he had built up momentum with a 6:1 TD:INT and a rushing touchdown over the previous two games. Darnold was limping late in the game but said his foot got stepped on and that he'll be fine moving forward. Given his recent ups and downs, Darnold will be a low-floor, high-ceiling option when the Dolphins come to town Week 14.

  • Jaguars' Gardner Minshew: Serviceable in relief

Minshew played the second half of the Jaguars' 28-11 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday in relief of Nick Foles (coach's decision) and completed 16 of 27 passes for 147 yards with one touchdown and one interception. He also rushed twice for eight yards and had a fumble, but it was recovered by the offense.

Minshew's numbers weren't anything to write home about, but they were exponentially better than Foles', who threw for just 93 yards and completed 50.0 percent of his throws in the first two quarters. The rookie certainly has proved capable of providing a spark in the past, however, and with Jacksonville at 4-8, it's certainly possible coach Doug Marrone opts to give Minshew another run with the starting job versus the Chargers in Week 14.

  • 49ers' Jimmy Garoppolo: Quiet in loss to Ravens

Garoppolo completed 15 of 21 passes for 165 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Ravens. He also rushed three times for five yards and lost a fumble.

Garoppolo went for it all on fourth-and-2 on San Francisco's opening drive and was rewarded with a 33-yard touchdown to Deebo Samuel. Unfortunately for Garoppolo, things only went downhill from there, as the 49ers finished with more yards rushing than passing. Garoppolo couldn't replicate his early fourth-down success in a critical fourth-quarter situation, as his fourth-and-1 pass to George Kittle from Baltimore's 35-yard line with 6:35 remaining fell incomplete. The Ravens milked the rest of the clock before breaking a 17-17 tie with a field goal as time expired. Garoppolo will bring a 21:10 TD:INT into another difficult road matchup against the Saints in Week 14.
