Colts' Jacoby Brissett: Out against Miami
Brissett (knee) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.
Brian Hoyer will start at QB in Sunday's 4:05 p.m. ET contest. Chad Kelly was promoted to the active roster from the practice squad.

Patrick Mahomes QB | KC
Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes: Doesn't expect to be limited
Mahomes (kneecap), who doesn't carry a Week 10 injury designation after practicing fully all week, feels like he won't be limited physically in his slated return to the lineup Sunday against the Titans, ESPN's Adam Teicher reports. "That's what we tested out this week especially," Mahomes noted Friday. "We put me on the run, and I threw it across my body and did all the stuff I've grown to do as I've been in the NFL and my whole career. I didn't have any pain. I was still able to do it. I wanted to make sure I was able to do that before I got back on that field."
Mahomes hasn't suited up up since dislocating his right kneecap Oct. 17, but he's slated to start Sunday's contest, barring any unexpected setbacks, which will send Matt Moore -- who had been filling in at QB for the Chiefs -- back to a reserve role. Additionally, the return of Mahomes should boost the Week 10 (and beyond) fantasy prospects of key receiving weapons Travis Kelce, Tyreek Hill and Sammy Watkins.

Matthew Stafford QB | LAR
Lions' Matthew Stafford: Week 10 status in question
Stafford (hip/back) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Chicago.
Stafford is tending to injuries unrelated to the one he played through earlier this season and at times during the 2018 campaign. He was limited by the back and hip concerns in practice all week, but there doesn't appear to be much worry about his availability this weekend. Look for the Lions to solidify Stafford's status approximately 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Lamar Jackson QB | BAL
Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Questionable for Sunday
Jackson (illness) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Cincinnati.
After sitting out Thursday's practice due to an illness, Jackson returned Friday as a full participant. "He looked good," coach John Harbaugh told Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official site. Despite those facts, fantasy managers may want to keep an eye on Baltimore's inactive list, which will be released about 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Patrick Mahomes QB | KC
Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes: Slated to start Sunday
Mahomes (knee) is on track to start Sunday's game against the Titans, Adam Teicher of ESPN.com reports.
Coach Andy Reid noted Friday that Mahomes -- who practiced fully this week -- will return to action Sunday "unless something happens" between now and game time. With that in mind, we'd still recommend monitoring the situation, but as things stand, Mahomes -- who suffered a dislocated right kneecap Oct. 17 -- will be back in action this weekend.

Jacoby Brissett QB | ARI
Colts' Jacoby Brissett: Game-time call for Week 10
Brissett (knee) will be a game-time decision for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Kevin Bowen of 1070 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
Brissett was limited in practice all three days this week, which is encouraging, but George Bremer of The Anderson Herald Bulletin relays that coach Frank Reich acknowledged Friday with regard to the QB's Week 10 status that "we've got to make the right decision, for him and the team." If the Colts choose to play it safe with Brissett this weekend, Brian Hoyer would be in line to start at QB in Sunday's 4:05 p.m. ET contest.

Jacoby Brissett QB | ARI
Colts' Jacoby Brissett: At Friday's practice
Brissett (knee) was present for Friday's practice, Mike Wells of ESPN.com reports.
Brissett already has back-to-back limited sessions to his credit this week, and his presence on the field Friday is a positive indicator with regard to his availability for Sunday's game against the Dolphins. Coach Frank Reich is slated address the media after practice, at which point there will hopefully be a concrete answer with regard to the QB's Week 10 status.
-
Lamar Jackson QB | BAL
Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Back at practice
Jackson (illness) returned to practice Friday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Jackson missed Thursday's practice as a result of his illness, but his presence alone Friday likely clears the road for him to take the field Sunday against the Bengals. The release of the Ravens' final injury report will reveal whether or not Jackson carries any sort of designation heading into Week 10.

Derek Carr QB | NO
Raiders' Derek Carr: Solid, mistake-free in win
Carr completed 21 of 31 passes for 218 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions in the Raiders' 26-24 win over the Chargers on Thursday. He also rushed once for four yards.
Carr did an exemplary job managing the game, and he recorded a touchdown pass for the fourth straight contest when he connected on a nine-yard toss to Alec Ingold as the first half wound down. He then helped lead a pivotal and game-winning 10-play, 75-yard drive late in the fourth quarter that culminated in an 18-yard Josh Jacobs touchdown run. Carr has three consecutive interception-free efforts, and he'll look to keep that streak alive in a Week 11 tilt against the Bengals a week from Sunday.

Patrick Mahomes QB | KC
Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes: Continues to practice fully
Mahomes (kneecap) was listed as a full practice participant once again Thursday.
That's the second straight day he's been listed as a full participant, but it's worth noting that Adam Teicher of ESPN.com previously relayed that Mahomes was again second in the QB line behind Matt Moore during Thursday's individual drills. We'll revisit Mahomes' status Friday to see how the Chiefs officially list him for Sunday's game against the Titans, but even though he's been deemed a full practice participant so far this week, the QB's Week 10 status has yet to be clarified by the team. With that in mind, Teicher adds that "assuming he's a full go again (Friday), caution would seem to be the only reason (Mahomes) doesn't play against Titans."
