Sam Darnold QB | SEA
Jets' Sam Darnold: Spotted at practice
Darnold (foot) is in uniform for Wednesday's practice, Eric Allen of the Jets' official site reports.
The Jets will reveal later Wednesday how extensively Darnold was involved in practice, but his presence on the field in any capacity is a step in the right direction. Darnold last played Nov. 4 against the Dolphins, with Josh McCown having drawn the team's Week 10 starting assignment in advance of the Jets' bye.

Mitch Trubisky QB | TEN
Bears' Mitchell Trubisky: Dealing with AC joint sprain
Trubisky (shoulder), who is listed as doubtful for Thursday's game against the Lions, is dealing with an AC joint sprain, a source tells Adam Schefter of ESPN.
According to Schefter, Trubisky woke up sore Wednesday morning and felt less movement in his shoulder than expected. That prompted the Bears to hold him out of Wednesday's walk-through session, resulting in Trubisky having logged no on-field activity leading up to Thanksgiving Day. With their young signal-caller's long-term health in mind, the Bears appear set to hold Trubisky out Thursday, which would allow backup Chase Daniel to make his third career start. Fortunately, Trubisky doesn't look to be at much risk of missing time beyond the Week 12 contest, as Schefter notes that the Bears believe the 24-year-old would have been ready to go if the team had been playing Sunday rather than Thursday. It's thus recommended that those who have been consistently relying on Trubisky in weekly formats this season continue holding him, as there's a good chance he'll suit up in the Bears' subsequent contest Dec. 2 against the Giants.

Bears' Mitchell Trubisky: Doubtful to play Thursday
The Bears are officially listing Trubisky (shoulder) as doubtful for Thursday's game against the Lions, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports.
Though initial reports a day earlier suggested the Bears were optimistic Trubisky would recover from the right shoulder injury he sustained in Sunday's win over the Vikings in time to start on a short week, the quarterback's outlook took a turn for the worse after he failed to practice Tuesday and was a spectator for Wednesday's walk-through session. Rather than exposing Trubisky to a more significant setback by allowing him to play through the injury Thanksgiving Day, it appears the Bears are now leaning toward holding him out for the first time all season. That would pave the way for Chase Daniel to make his third NFL start as part of what will likely be a run-heavy game plan. It's expected the Bears will promote Tyler Bray from the practice squad to provide additional depth behind Daniel with Trubisky likely to be included among the team's inactives.

Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Dolphins' Ryan Tannehill: Confirmed as Week 12 starter
Coach Adam Gase confirmed after Tuesday's practice that Tannehill (shoulder) would start Sunday's game against the Colts, Adam H. Beasley of the Miami Herald reports.
Per Beasley, the Dolphins feel "good" about where Tannehill stands on the health front after the unspecified shoulder injury kept him out for the team's final five games prior to a Week 11 bye. Tannehill had previously increased his odds of playing Sunday by throwing last week without any reported complications and displayed no apparent limitations while completing passes from multiple distances during the media-access portion of Tuesday's practice. With Tannehill back in action this weekend, Brock Osweiler will return to the backup role after guiding Miami to a 2-3 record while completing 63 percent of his attempts for 1,212 yards, five touchdowns and four interceptions during Tannehill's absence.

Dolphins' Ryan Tannehill: Looks normal at practice
Tannehill (shoulder) appeared to be throwing without any pain at practice Tuesday, Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post reports.
Earlier reports indicated Tannehill had ramped up to throwing passes from up to 50 yards out during the Dolphins' Week 11 bye. He made that evident to the media Tuesday, completing throws from various distances without any noticeable discomfort. Coach Adam Gase may provide further insight following the session regarding Tannehill's health and chances of suiting up Sunday against the Colts. In a matchup that could have significant AFC wild-card implications, the Miami offense would like having its top quarterback under center after he missed each of last five games. Brock Osweiler has led the team to a 2-3 record in his absence and will likely get the call again in Week 12 if Tannehill isn't cleared to return.

Mitch Trubisky QB | TEN
Bears' Mitchell Trubisky: Set to miss practice Tuesday
Coach Matt Nagy said he doesn't expect Trubisky (shoulder) to practice Tuesday but is "cautiously optimistic" the quarterback will be able to start Thursday's game against the Lions, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports. "I can't make any promises. I hope [Trubisky plays Thursday] but it's a day-to-day thing for us," Nagy said. "He wants to play, I know that. We've gotta make sure in these situations we're doing the right thing."
Though Trubisky didn't miss out on any snaps during the Bears' Week 11 win over the Vikings, Nagy confirmed the signal caller was hurting after taking a late hit to his throwing shoulder from safety Harrison Smith in the fourth quarter, per Larry Mayer of the Bears' official site. According to Jeff Dickerson of ESPN.com, Nagy relayed the team is confident Trubisky's shoulder injury isn't a long-term concern and won't necessitate surgery, but contending with the issue with a short turnaround between games is a less-than-ideal scenario for the 24-year-old. The Bears will presumably see how Trubisky is feeling after Wednesday's practice before rendering a verdict on his availability for Thanksgiving Day.

Bears' Mitchell Trubisky: On track for Thanksgiving Day game
The Bears are optimistic that Trubisky (shoulder) will be available for Thursday's game against the Lions, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Trubisky was labeled a non-participant on the Bears' estimated practice report Monday due to the right shoulder injury, which he likely picked up in Sunday's 25-20 win over the Vikings. The second-year signal-caller wasn't forced to miss any action due to the issue and finished with 165 passing yards and a touchdown to go with 43 yards on the ground. It's possible the Bears are just managing Trubisky's reps carefully due to the quick turnaround between games, but he'll still probably need to practice in some capacity Tuesday or Wednesday to avoid an injury designation heading into Thanksgiving Day. Chase Daniel would receive his first NFL start since 2014 in the event Trubisky can't play this week.

Patrick Mahomes QB | KC
Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes: Has six scores, five turnovers in loss
Mahomes completed 33 of 46 passes for 478 yards, six touchdowns and three interceptions in Monday night's 54-51 loss to the Rams. He also rushed six times for 28 yards and lost two fumbles.
Mahomes reveled in Monday's shootout atmosphere, setting a new career high in passing yards while tossing six touchdowns for the second time this season. Although those exploits allowed Kansas City to flirt with victory, Mahomes' turnovers ultimately proved costly, as he had a second-quarter fumble and a third-quarter interception both returned for touchdowns. Then, with the Chiefs needing him to muster some magic late, he threw picks on the team's final two offensive possessions. Overall, the nature of the contest resulted in a career-worst five turnovers, yet the gunslinger's jaw-dropping skills were still on display plenty as well.

Jared Goff QB | DET
Rams' Jared Goff: Scores five times in shootout
Goff completed 31 of 49 passes for 413 yards and four touchdowns in Monday night's 54-51 win over the Chiefs. He also rushed four times for six yards and another score, but lost two fumbles as well.
Goff put together a brilliant display, leading the Rams to a dramatic victory with a 40-yard touchdown pass with under two minutes remaining. Of course, that only came after he accounted for four prior scores, including one on the ground. Although his two fumbles prevented a perfect night, Goff otherwise took full advantage of the shootout atmosphere that saw him set career highs in attempts and completions.

Mitch Trubisky QB | TEN
Bears' Mitchell Trubisky: Dealing with shoulder injury
Trubisky (right shoulder) was listed as a non-participant on the Bears' estimated injury report Monday.
Led by Trubisky, the Bears have put together a four-game winning streak, which was capped by Sunday night's 25-20 win against the Vikings. During that stretch, he's completed 64.5 percent of his passes for 875 yards, seven touchdowns and three interceptions while rushing 20 times for 118 yards and another TD. While he wouldn't have participated if the Bears held a session Monday, Trubisky will have two more chances to prove that his right throwing shoulder is a non-issue in advance of Thursday's visit to Detroit.
